July 28, 2025: Shopping day at Seafood City supermarket…read more Seasons Marketplace Milpitas CA. their RESTROOMS are VERY DIRTY and OLD, in years that I have been coming to Seafood City supermarket and Goldilocks. :-( No changes, still dirty. Imagine that there are a lot of businesses renting and many customers shopping but Seasons management cannot provide a decent, clean and new toilet / restrooms. Used toilet paper & trash are everywhere. Can you not check it? It's very disgusting! Please renovate and clean it!!! PS: Next time, I will take photos and show them here.

There is a Lion supermarket inside the building which has the best price in Asian grocery and you don't need to buy a large quantity like Costco . Fresh vegetables, meats and seafood are very good . Wide selection on their Non perishable item as well . The restroom is very clean . It has a Filipino restaurant inside and two stores for kitchen ware . Inside has a Chinese BBQ shop inside with the best roasted pig , BBQ duck and to go dim sum lunch combo. A Vietnamese sandwiches shop with good quality of food . Lion center is also located very closed to Newpark mall ( with a cinema ) and Newark Costco ( for gas and other shopping ) . It is hard to find parking in the weekend . Morning is the best time to go shopping.

Koi Palace for dim sum or a very good Chinese group meal always stands out. KTV/Asian karaoke upstairs second floor next to Koi Palace. Smaller mom and pap restaurants downstairs. Some food places have shorter business hours. Pandemic hit them hard here. Still, lots of free public parking spaces. I always go to the busy 85 Degrees Bakery hot spot behind the building/back side of plaza for tiger milk boba tea, coffee, cakes, and pastries. Sweet spot. It's a much lower key place than Milpitas Center. Hong Kong Cantonese Top Cafe is still in business if you want fast cafe foods. Not sure if Thai restaurant has gone out of business or not. They never have the lights on again. Vietnamese Pho place is still operating. Very quiet though. Browse around! Love the patio tables/chairs. Plenty of spots under the sun outside. People come over here for takeouts and dim sums most of the time. Empty retail spaces inside. Looks pretty dead these days. There are still very beautiful views if you take the time to look around. It's a very good plaza, but I wished that they would add more businesses here. Place looks a bit lonely. Maybe it's the fengshui for years. Not many restaurant businesses seem to last around here. They come and go. Would I stop by again? Yes, because I always enjoy walking around from one plaza over to the next. Great day outside. I hope more people will be visiting again.
