The dental hygienists are always amazing, and excellent at dealing with people who are anxious about dental care or very sensitive to dental pain. However, today I had an experience where Dr. Wallace and his staff really went above and beyond that I really wanted to share. I had a filling come out last Friday, and when I called Monday morning to book an appointment, was told that I would be seen for diagnosis only, and the treatment would have to be scheduled in at a later date. You can imagine my surprise when upon looking at the tooth Dr. Wallace said he could take care of it today. He and his assistant got me very well numbed, got the filling replaced and got me out of there in less than 40 minutes. Thanks to them I am now pain free again AND was able to still make it in to work on time today. They easily could have scheduled me to come back at a later time, and their willingness to do this today made such a difference in my life this week. I cannot recommend this dental office and the entire team there highly enough, you all are amazing!!

Thankfully they were able to work around last minute cancellations at their other locations. Because of that, I ended up going to three different offices in one week. I went to Folsom on Tuesday for my initial assessment, Citrus Heights on Wednesday for a filling, and Auburn on Thursday for my cleaning. So if you're booking here, just be aware that you may need to be flexible or visit multiple locations if you want to get in sooner. That said, my hygienist in Auburn, Alice, completely turned the experience around. She was hands down the best hygienist I've ever had! She was so kind and made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my cleaning. She explained everything, was very personable, and made what is usually an anxious experience for me feel easy. The staff from the moment you walk in greet you with such great hospitality and kind smiles, they even gave me a tour and mentioned they do monthly raffles for their clients! They also had a great waiting area with water and a beverage area! I have always been so nervous going into the dentist, but not once was I nervous here. I can't even put into words how nice the staff and Dr. Hannah was, absolutely amazing. He even looked at my teeth after and an old filling for me and suggested I get it refilled. Which he did not have to do, he just did it out of kindness. Teresa was able to get to the nerve without damaging it and saved an important molar. Plus, her numbing injections were practically painless! (And oh so necessary...) The office staff was friendly and there were no surprise charges. My wife and I will continue to seek her service.
