And when I say she was doing EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING! She was the only person serving us, while also having two other tables outside of our banquet room. She was attentive, constantly checking on our drinks, making sure everyone was taken care of, and paying attention to every little detail. She told me that the banquet hadn't even been put on the manager's calendar, so she basically got thrown into a party of 40 people at the last minute. The croissant especially missed the mark for me--none of the flaky, buttery layers I expect from a good French-style croissant. The chai was watery, and the matcha tasted mostly like milk with a hint of green coloring. Honestly, the mint-green color told me everything before I even took a sip. The location is great, the décor has a cute Parisian feel, and the staff was helpful, but overall it just didn't do it for me. I probably won't return.
