If you're looking for the worlds worst dentist, congratulations you found him! Every single tooth he has worked on including 2 root canal have all failed. Currently sitting at the endodontists office getting my root canal redone. The X-rays show how he went half way down the canal and stopped making the tooth completely infected. He spends a total of 4.5 mins on you. Who could possible do anything correctly or thoroughly in such a short amount of time? I actually could go on and on, but I'll save you the time. For the sake of your health and wallet, RUN! No one should have to suffer this way. read more

He's been my dentist for decades since he's kind, gentle, professional and does all necessary work for a mouth full of real teeth. He's had same receptionist for same amount of time since she is also awesome. No waiting with precise appointments available. I highly recommend this office for all your dental work, even implants! It was the first time I received a treatment from Dr. Bazzy. I can surely say that it was a painless, wonderful experience. He was done in 15 minutes with a great result to my front teeth. Great dentist..but the receptionists are extremely rude and disgusting.. we've never experienced such a terrible service. Nelly is the worst, she priorities patients who speak her own language other than others, which is very racist and inhuman. I'm writing this on behalf of my mother. My mother went to this dentist yesterday to get an inquiry regarding insurance contingency and the front desk receptionist Rebecca was very unprofessional. She had a very distasteful attitude and unwelcoming. My mother was utterly uncomfortable when she asked for an Armenian speaker since my mother was not fluent in Armenian. To make things even more unpleasant and uncomfortable the Armenian worker was also very unprofessional. Question for you unprofessional ladies do why are you so unprofessional and bitter??? Suggestion you both need training in customer service. I hope the Doctor DR. Abdul H. Bazzy reviews and takes these concerns address seriously or he will be loosing patience in the account of these unprofessional workers Rebecca and Armenian lady. This entire staff has been taking cate of our family's dental needs for over 20 years. None of us can even go to another dentist! My daughter would fly back from college to see Dr. Bazzy. I can't say enough about his gentleness and honesty when dealing with dental issues. The office staff is caring and accommodating. I hate dentist plus I'm a nervous wreck when it comes down to it. Dr. Bazzy knows what he is doing and even gave me medication to calm the heck down. He is straight to the point kind of person. A little dry sense of humor. When comes to extractions it literally took Dr. B less than a minute to extract my tooth and he made sure I was ready before he did it. Now when it comes to his assistant who is an older lady who is so sweet. She reminds me of a sweet grandma who wants to help. Awesome lady! As for his receptionist, OMG....I have Medical experience and I could not believe the way these two ladies treated patients. One receptionist told a patient on the phone 2 hold on 3 times, didnt wait for the patient to even respond, and didnt not bother to greet the patient. She just barked at the person to hold on the phone to open the door for a random person that just walked through the door. Then my turn she kept barking at me for my medical card that I told her I didnt have. Shw could've used my social just like all the other dentist. DR. BAZZY IS A WISDOM TOOTH REMOVAL EXPERT! I am a big chicken when it comes to pain, like, he saw me trembling just walking in. I originally thought I was gonna get my lower one out, but he informed me the upper also had to go too; so two removals. NO PAIN! Done in 20 mins!! Best dentist ever!! I already booked him to get my other ones removed in three weeks. Shout out to Juanita too! This woman has hands for drilling and cleaning my teeth. I don't have sensitive teeth, so I let her get in there lol. Do tell her if you have sensitive teeth, she will take care of you. AND BE NICE TO REVECCA! She is an amazing receptionist! Any billing and post op procedure recovery tip? She got you covered!! She's smart too, so don't give her a hard time, she already has to deal with booking so many referrals and patients. read more

If I could give zero stars I truly would. The 4.5 stars that this place has is all for the doctor because he is nice but the service is BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER WITTNESSSED. Specifically Rebecca and Nellie. My mom went in a couple weeks ago because her front tooth chipped and it was very uncomfortable. They did take her in quickly after which we appreciated BUT the filling fell out AGAIN. My mom informed them of this and they gave her an appointment for 3 weeks after even though she was in pain and uncomfortable and they didn't even give her a chance to explain!!! She went in and they IGNORED HER. Today she went in for the last time and was willing to wait for an opening to get it fixed and the workers were SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE TO her. I feel INFURIATED at how my mom was treated. They kept telling her even if we fill it it will fall again!!!! Why would you even say that?! My mom came home in TEARS and her blood pressure was alarmingly high. I dont know what else to say. DISGUSTING service. Never again. read more

I went to clean my teeth, while I was there, I was told my wisdom tooth had to be taken out because it was putting pressure on my other teeth. I agreed to what he had said, but I warned him that my top wisdom teeth were really hard to take out and that it might be a little challenging. Of course he ignored what I said and told me "This is the United States, it was hard to take out in your country. Not here" During the Procedure he made me hold down my own Jaw, while his assistant held down my head and he proceeded to struggle taking my wisdom tooth out using both his hands. He finally took it out and it left a huge opening where the tooth was taken out and didn't even stitch it up. After a few days I got an infection, I went back to him and was prescribed antibiotics. After that I kept going back to him every few months and complaining about the pain and how it was sensitive to temperature. All he would tell me is "give it time." After a year I went back to him to tell him about the pain and sensitivity. He told me that the tooth next to where my wisdom tooth was taken out had to get a root canal. Unfortunately I trusted him again and let him proceed. After that I still had pain and sensitivity in that region. I went to 2 different dentists, and was recommended to a root canal specialist, and was told my tooth was broken from the outside and had nothing to do with the nerve. The specialist also told me that my tooth got broken while he was taking out my wisdom tooth because he used my other one as an anchor. So now I have to get my broken taken out after over a year of pain and suffering thanks Dr. Abdoul Bazzy.... Worst Experience in my Life. read more

Please stay away he made me go back-and-forth he could not get the root canal he couldn't take my nerve out had me in pain for days taking ibuprofen I just couldn't get the nerve out. This is place is very shady beware!!! The receptionist is an angry women named Nelly who lies to patients and very disrespectful and rude. No patient skills and no respect for anyone who walks in there. Make sure to follow up on all your dentist records or else they will lie to you and switch stories. Billing is not accurate as well. The place is disgusting as far as the office needs construction and cleaning. They need to send someone out there to check and see if all equipment is even up to date. The tools the doctor uses is also old and unsanitary! The doctor himself is very unaware of what the patients needs are and rushes you. It's obvious the goal in this office is MONEY and not the health of your teeth. The doctor needs to hire a new receptionist who is cable of having manners and respecting the patients and what concerns they have. Truly a shame I wouldn't give a star if that was an option. Where do I start?!! This guy was rude and not only to me but to his staff. I had a problem with my tooth and after the ex rays he said nothing was wrong. Last night the pain continued, when I would bite down on anything, it would send shooting pain in to my jaw. Last night after biting down on some thing soft, my tooth broke and fell out of my mouth. I could not believe this just happened. It's obvious something was wrong with the tooth. I feel I've been duped and he could've saved my tooth. I have to say that I was very afraid to go to the dentist due to previous trauma visits elsewhere. I had two root canals done about 4 years ago that were done horribly. After coming to Dr. Bazzy, all I can say is that I am truly blessed. He fixed my root canals, my cavities, filings, etc with no problem.
