I spoke with the owner, Tony, after my son's drivers window was installed and 10 minutes later my son looked out at the window, and upon walking up to it, noticed it had completely shattered. My son immediately called Tony. , took absolutely zero responsibility. Tony then said this was not due to his installer, and blamed my son saying it was my son's fault for the window shattering. Tony advised my son that he would NOT replace or reimburse him for the $267. My son was at work, so I called Tony myself and explained It is a calibrated tempered window, and if you don't install it correctly, the pressure will cause it to shatter. He denied that it was due to the fault of his installer, and had the audacity to tell my son and I that someone must have thrown a rock at the window. WHAT??? Are you kidding me? He refused to replace the window and/or reimburse my son for the $267. He also was extremely rude, repeatedly asking me why I was getting involved, and I repeatedly advised him because my son was working, and I wanted to get this resolved. Don't wait six months like I did. Sherman taught me that. I wish I would have called Sherman sooner. He came to my house at our scheduled appointment time and explained what he would be doing. He said it would take about half an hour, which it did. Because I waited so long to get the repair done, Sherman was unable to get all of the dirt out of the crack. He did the best he could and told me that his work is guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle.
