I received this referral to this glass shop from Edgar, Jose, Andrew at Aurora Auto Pros and personally referred a handful of friends to the glass shop. Every single person has shared positive experiences from a passenger window to front windshield replacements. Taylor helped me schedule the glass appointment on the phone when I called in for an inquiry. She got my SUV rear window glass ordered. The shop was able to get me in the next day for an install appointment. I arrived at the shop at about 8:30 AM and Jose greeted me and got my car ready for the glass install. I then Ubered back to my home office. The glass shop expected the job to be done by the end of day at 5 PM or earlier. However, there was a snowstorm so I am so grateful that they could even get me in for an appointment. I was driving on the highway and all of a sudden heard a huge shatter and looked back and my rear windshield was completely shattered. It's been snowing 6 to 8 inches and I don't have a garage so I am so grateful that this glass shop in Aurora, CO was able to help and get my car in and out to be fixed right away. The shop is located near Pickens Tech and other auto shops and has lots of parking in front of the shop. After your drop off they can offer a ride home pending the distance, but on the day of my drop off it was snowing and they didn't have extra staff on hand to do a drop off. It was very convenient to get an Uber and get home safely while I waited for the glass service. I took an Uber back to the shop, and my car looked brand new! His team did an incredible job and super excited to have my car back in even before the time it was expected to be done. For my Mazda SUV the back window was $170, the labor for three hours was $75 and my total with Tax was $258.61. I also think he power washed and cleaned my car because it was cleaner when I picked it up. Thank you to Mark and his team for making this very stressful situation LESS stressful and convenient.

Made the appointment and that was all fine - she didn't ask for my name when I called so I called back and gave it to her for the appointment Brought it in to leave while we were out in town. The receptionist called and said it was done... I asked what was done, because I was expected a call telling me the issues and they never called me to ask if I wanted them to fix the issues. I wanted them to call to explain what was wrong and then we would move forward. I asked the receptionist was they did to it and she said the owner would tell me when I picked it up. My car had been there for 6 hours and I had thought they would have updated me with what the issues were before they worked on it. So I go to pick it up. They said it was a simple fix. So I pay and then come to find out during the conversation that they did the wrong window... nothing was wrong with the other windows.... When I called to make the appointment I had mentioned it was the driver window. But they worked on the wrong window. I was definitely frustrated because it was the only day I could drop it off so now the issues wasn't fixed. My husband and I were expressing our frustration and Mark started yelling at us, making excuses and didn't even offer an apology. It elevated to him cussing at us. He said fuc* to my husband! We are an active duty military family and were treated horribly. Absolutely do not take your vehicles here. I wish I had recorded all of the interaction, it was horrible

My concern is solely about the lack of transparency regarding the estimate fee on your website. I understand that the fee is credited toward repairs, and I understand that most estimates are scheduled. However, none of this information was clearly stated online. If it had been, I would have been able to make an informed decision before visiting. The fact that I had to physically come in to learn about the fee is exactly why I found the pricing information misleading. As a business, you're of course entitled to set your own policies. However, as a customer, I'm also entitled to provide feedback when something is unclear. My review isn't about disagreeing with your policies--it's about suggesting more transparency so future customers don't run into the same surprise. As for your comment about why I didn't say anything "to your face"--why would I? I wasn't going to stand there and argue over your policies. Once I was informed about the fee, I said I'd be back as a polite way of leaving. That's just basic courtesy. Customers shouldn't have to navigate through multiple steps just to find out if an estimate is free or not. A simple update on your website would resolve this issue entirely. And YES of course, I'm taking my business elsewhere. Your aggressive and defensive responses only confirm that this isn't the type of service I'd want from any business I choose to work with. First comment: I stopped by this shop because of the great reviews, but I was surprised to be asked to pay $25 just for an estimate. As soon as I walked in, I saw two employees at their computers, and I asked if someone could take a look at my car. I wasn't expecting a charge just for an estimate--especially since their website clearly states FREE ESTIMATE. If there is a fee, it should be clearly listed online or communicated before customers visit the shop. Also I want to make it clear that I understand that the estimate fee is credited toward the repair if I choose to proceed, but that doesn't change the fact that your website states FREE ESTIMATE without any mention of a charge. My feedback is simply that this should be clearly stated online or communicated upfront before customers visit. Also, my review is not about the quality of your repairs but about transparency in pricing. I was surprised by the fee because it wasn't mentioned beforehand, and that's why I shared my experience. Feedback is meant to help businesses improve, and I hope you take it that way rather than dismissing it as unfair.
