Terrible service, terrible experience. Mike the salesmen was not very friendly and on the edge of being rude. He was incredibly rude when I called to get our second stove delivered. First stove to be delivered was dented, so much that the delivery person didn't feel good about delivering it. 2nd delivery team actively complained about doing their job, complained about the delivery, and about the route for them to bring in the stove. They were verbally rude to me, and had the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. WILL NOT BUY FROM OR SUPPORT THIS STORE IN ANY WAY MOVING FORWARD. I bought a refrigerator here biggest mistake ever after having it less than a week it went out all my food gone called ABC they gave me a number to call to have it fixed called them they said it was under manufacturer warranty that I had to call whirlpool did that they said it hasn't been 30 days need to call ABC said I did that already ok now whirlpool will send someone Saturday to fix it ok its Tuesday Saturday comes repair man looks at it say they will be back Monday February 4 now have to wait another 10 days will never buy or recommend ABC or whirlpool again read more

We moved and wanted new appliances for our new house. After looking around we settled on ABC wearhouse on 28th st in Grand Rapids Mi. We went and and picked out a Frig/Stove/Mircowave/dishwasher/washer/ dryer/washer and dryer pedestals/ TV With sound bar.... mind you we went with higher end appliances. Everyrhing seemed to be going well. We went to get our pedestals because ABC dose not deliver those. I get it those are a smaller item that could be picked up. Get there only one pedestal. They have no idea where the 2nd one is. That's fine i work out the details we were getting a deliver a week later so I just requested they pit it on the deliver. They agreed. A week gos by. We paid for delivery. My wife works from home. The day of delivery she expected to have a busy day. She requested I call the store and try to find out what time the delivery would come... here is where it gets worse... I call ask for our sales man. He is not available so I talk to the guy who answers the phone. I did not catch his name but he had no intention on helping me with my question. I asked him when I would get my delivery he said they use a 3rd party and it would get there when it gets there. I then explained why I was inquiring about delivery and again he said well you will get a call 45 minutes before the delivery but it will get there when it gets there. His tone and demeanor was i could care less about you or your concern. After talking to him for several minutes I began to get heated. I told him I would like to talk to a area manager or district manager. He argued with me for some time.... stating why do I want to talk to one.... what will that accomplish, what is your concern. I td him I have spend a vary large amount with ABC and felt I was not being treated correctly. He then told me that talking to an area manager would not get me my deliver when I wanted it.... at this point it was well beyond the delivery issue. I can understand if they use a 3rd party they can not garentee or set up a delivery time. At this point it was about this person's demeanor and how he was acting towards me. After a few more rounds of asking to talk to a higher manager he finally said FINE HOLD ON....he put me on hold. I had a filling what was about to happen and it did. He placed me on hold and never came back. I waited 15 minutes on gold before I did hang up. I then called the ABC customer experience line. Explained to the lady what had just happened. She agreed inwas treated poorly. He took my complaint and told me it was going to go.to the heart line. This is a line for serious concerns like this. She said an area manager would contact me shortly..... a day passes and no phone call. A 2nd day and I get a call from another store manager. I explained to him What occurred. He was nice but could not take care of my concerns. Me and my wife are thinking about canceling the whole order it was set to be delivered the following day... well so happens we were extremely busy and decided to go forward with the delivery. The delivery gets to our house. The 3rd party delivery people were very nice. They are bringing in our appliances. They unbox the stove. They tell my wife your stove is dented. ABC dose not have another and will not be able to get another the only option is to gave LG come out and replace the panel. This is a 1200 stove. They are ready to bring the dryer in and it is gas we ordered electric. It was not told to us but they left all the They did not have the missing pedestal my wife called and talked to the store manager Rocky. He told her he had no idea where the pedistal was or when we would get it. She then questioned him about the dryer. He said yes a gas dryer was ordered. She then questioned the price difference between the 2 and he was vey nonchalant about it saying it might be like a 100 difference. She got that all straight we got a 100 refund.we then go outside the delivery company left all the boxes in our yard. I finally talk to the district manager. I tell him our concerns he gives me the scripted answers when something like this happend. In a lot of way I felt like he was blowing me off. This whe time I am not calling get any money back just to express how unhappy I was treated by the employee that answered the phone. At the end of the call undid tell the district manager that after everything that had happened I now think I should be comped in some way. He said he would look into it and get back to me. A day passed and no call he called the next day. Telling me very ubroupty that we would get a 100 refund check and he did not want to take any more of my time good by. This whole time I am trying to ask him a question he did not want to answer my questions he keep saying I know you are busy I do not want to take much of your time. I was trying ask about the missing pedestal if they found one and if it would be on the delivery. They did find one and he claims it will be delivered. They were supposed to deliver my washer and dryer THREE separate times and ignored my calls and didn't deliver. THREE separate occasions I took off of work. I waited from 6:30 am to noon! I tried to call the company and sales associate each day to remind them about delivery and no one answered and shocker, voice mail box was full.
