While bringing the sofa into the home, the young men ripped the sofa. They took note and told my son they already reported it to Ashely while at the home. They said he would be getting a call the following day to set up a repair service. They never called him. We went to the store he purchased it at and talked to his salesman. He was told it never got reported so they put the report in. My son got a text to set up a repair date, he took time off work to meet with them, then he gets a text stating it was going to be earlier in the day which he could not do. They rescheduled to another date a few weeks later. He again takes time off work to meet with them, and he gets a text stating they moved the repair service to 6:45-11:45PM on a Friday night! Nobody showed up. Went to the salesman again and he put in an exchange request, as should have been done in the first place. My son didn't pay for a ripped sofa. Set up another date for a delivery to exchange out the ripped sofa and instead they sent a repairman, and as he's at the house he finds out they sent the wrong fabric to repair it. Another delay. It's now early October and still nothing has been resolved. I've called to set up a delivery exchange five times in a week and for some reason they can't move forward. "Things are still in manifest" is their response. Four months since they delivered and ripped a new sofa my son paid for and we can't get anyone to help. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I would never do business with this company again ...ever!

It would not line up and close without hanging crooked. There is also a permanent wrinkle in the back and the seat is already sagging. (this chair purchased/delivered in December, 2025). The delivery person took pictures, we took pictures and went to the store the next day. The store was NOT interested at all in what I had to say. They handed me a paper with a number to call to "lodge a complaint". All we get after sending pics and filling out info is a "computer person" saying it is in process and nothing has been resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY. I will gladly update this review if there is a resolution but I'm pretty sure given the quality of service that the update won't be happening. What's interesting to me, too, is that how pleasant the salespeople were. Little did I know that the pleasantries would stop once they got their money. Lesson learned...the hard way.

We even shared with Scott that we love going to nicer motels because we sleep better there than home. We were Impressed with the time Scott took share the improvements in today's mattress, passion for all of his products and didn't oversell us. With the motion adjustable riser frame, he showed us how it can alleviate those pressure points so much more than just a flat bed or thinking this is a splurge to watch tv. It even has a full massage feature like the chair ones at the beauty salons, snore feature, recliner feature etc... The adjustable riser frame will fit in my vintage sleigh bed and not harm my little dog who sleeps under us every night. He also features a bamboo cover mattresses some folks like but can't find easily. Scott and staff are sleep specialist trained and very knowledgeable. He also has stores Fremont and Port Clinton. We loved that the mattresses are 100% American made product. I cannot express enough of how happy I am with the small town shop experience here. What a pleasant surprise it was to buy a mattress this week. I had done research at home about…read morewhere to start looking. I started at Sleep Outfitters in Sandusky Ohio. Tim greeted me at the door and provided the best mattress buying experience I could imagine. He ask my price range and off we went. Tim asked many questions and singled out several mattresses and explained why he choose them. He make me feel comfortable about trying out each mattress and comparing them for what I liked the best, all the while telling me about springs and the inner workings of each mattress. To top it all off Tim told be about the zero present financing! The delivery was this week. I couldn't believe my luck. But it wasn't luck, it was a better way to serve customers. I didn't like a shelf so close to the floor, because I wanted to be able to clean under it, with ease. I also wanted the shelf to be 14" below the drawers, so that my CPAP machine could reach my bed. When it was delivered, those instructions were on the bill, and yet, they still didn't adhere to instructions. They did not communicate with me, unless I called and called. I paid nearly $600 for this sofa table, so I expected to get what I ordered. I was so tired of hassling with them, that I chose to keep the piece, rather than wait another 3 months. I will not shop at The Granary again.

All the low quality options at Target and Wal Mart were pretty expensive. We ended up going to The Granary and for not too much more money we purchased an oak custom made entertainment stand. It has held up very well and we are so happy with it. The Granary quality is unmatched with friendly and helpful staff.
