The owner is incredibly lovely, attentive, and truly committed to making sure every ride is the best experience possible. We booked them for two long-distance drives and full-day reservations during busy, high-traffic events, and they handled everything seamlessly. Their vehicles are clean, large, and spacious--giving the entire ride a high-end, comfortable feel that's absolutely worth the price. I'm so grateful to have found a service I can trust. Upon learning the updates with short notice, I made a quick call to Superior Ride and it was no problem. They were able to accommodate a new pick up time. In both cases, the driver was actually there quite a bit earlier in case he landed early (he did!), which was incredibly appreciated. Booking over the phone is easy and they send confirmation emails with all of the details. Customer service, especially from Yvonne, is top notch here and I look forward to working with them again next time.

I called Saturday morning (same day as our drinks/dinner plans) and Lorenzo answered, he was extremely professional on the phone and very politely asked questions about our needs for the evening. He promptly followed up, as promised, with a text message showing me the vehicle they had available and a quote for what it would cost. Once I agreed we would like to book, I was asked to provide a few simple details and received an invoice, making the process extremely smooth and easy. Communication continued to be smooth leading up to our driver arriving. Adrian was our driver and he was extremely communicative and great as well. We had a few stops that evening and Adrian was always ready for us and parked right outside the establishment we were leaving and dropped us right in front of our next stops, too. It was easy to coordinate just a simple text 10 minutes before we wanted to be picked up and he was there! Definitely recommend for anyone who would like a fun, seamless option for transportation. Note: our Airbnb was approx. 50 minutes away from where we were hanging out and having dinner for the night and we felt completely safe throughout the drive. Will use again in the future!
