It messed up my rim and come to find out they did not put the lug nuts that were on my vehicle as they were suppose to. Each tire was missing 2 of them, yet I went in with all 5. Apparently, they were lost or misplaced. Needed to repair my rim and yet have it fixed. Two weeks of this mess! The owner is so rude when trying to fix the problem. We heard a thud and then got the warning that our tire was low. I did a quick Google search and found the only place open in Waxahachie. Henry the owner reassured us he was open. When we got there he didn't have any tires that fit our vehicle. He gave the tire a quick plug to get us to Waco. We will forever be great full to a Henry for getting us back on the road. I highly recommend Happy Jack to all travelers. He also services 18 wheelers.
