We went to several other places to see if we could find somewhere with what we had in mind. We worked with Giselle for about a month in trying to make our decision. She was very patient and was never pushy. She gave us a lot of information and made sure we understood the difference in stones so that we could make an educated non-rushed decision. She was always very responsive when we had questions or concerns. When it came time to make our purchase she handled it quickly and kept us informed as to when our slabs of stone would arrive. She sent pictures of the slabs so that I could look over them without having to drive across town with two littles. A+++++++ for customer service. Thank you Giselle!

From helping me initially pick the right quartz (color and veining for my home) Candace was very knowledgeable and passionate about the products and took the time to help me get this investment correct! During demo and install Joe and his demo/install team did a great job communicating the process, working through small challenges (such as explaining to me why the sinks I selected were too big, and working with me so I could go swap out for betting fitting sinks for my project). He templated all the spaces and made sure everything was measured perfectly so it would all look great in my oddly angled kitchen. And he checked back after tiling backsplash to make sure details (even electrical faceplates) were done properly! What is most amazing...in my oddly shaped kitchen, there is ONLY one seam in the entire space! This company goes above and beyond to ensure a beautiful product! Thank you so much Custom Stone Interiors! I will be calling you back when I am ready to finish my other custom stone work!
