I am a process server company out of Washington. Carolyn hired me to do two jobs and wil not pay me. Our policy is usually payment up front as is ususal in our business. I did a solid favor for her and she now will not pay. She has been citing "changing banks" now for over a month and I don't buy it. If you are a process server, make them pay up front before you serve their jobs. In addition, I know for fact that they held on to a job for over a week before sending it to me, thus compromising their client's time frame for the court hearing. Arthur Cirillo, the reported president/owner of this service as per the business card I received, rudely disrupted my office (I'm a physician) and antagonistically interacted with my staff to serve me papers--that were for the wrong person. I sought ABC Process Service's assistance as I needed to serve a company headquartered in Texas on a small claims matter. As a resident of SC, I knew I needed professional help and wanted a company that would be able to help me navigate how best to serve them from afar. The Judicial Branch Certification Commission, located in Dallas Texas, has informed and expressed in their letter that Carolyn Cirillo has an expired certification PSC-8452, in Cause No. 0903. WOW! I am a disabled senior citizen in the state of PA, and I've learned that ABC Process Service that Carolyn Cirillo manages is a fraudulent company! Nevertheless, she lied and took over $200 that I'd paid for her company to serve a Defendant in my case. According, Carolyn Cirillo refuse to refund me, even though she faked that they've serve the Defendant (with fake documents) in my case, and they were never served. I am making the public aware of her and this company. BE AWARE! I learned in PA, the local Sherriff's office has to serve any Defendant, according to PA's law. Carolyn Cirillo probably doesn't know this because if she ran a legitimate business, she would know according to My local Sherriff's office. Can I give 0 stars? My law firm hired this company to serve an individual in the Pfleugerville area. Instantly they responded to my initial message, instantly they processed my money (almost $200!) and then have ignored me for almost 4 months now. I finally got a hold of the guy at the 800 number this morning and he must've used the F bomb on me at least 30 times.."we can't f wait to f get rid of your law firm" - because I have been emailing once per week for 13 weeks with no response, no update, and certainly no Affidavit of Non-Service??? I'm a pest, am I? The he goes on to say it's not my money that paid him, it's our client's, so why do I care? How about you do the job I paid you for? I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. I work for a law firm and I feel I need to warn you about ABC Process Service, if I could leave no stars, I will... Beware of the promises made by this company and their agents if you decide to retain their services. They make promises they can not keep and when you ask for updates they give you the runaround or do not know what their agents are doing. Be careful with this company. If you are looking for a local process server this is not the one to deal with because they are no local servers. They tell you they can handle your project and what they do is contract other process servers to do their work and subcontract the work. My daughter moved in January 2019. An ABC process server swore she/he served her legal papers in May 2019 at her old address. Last name of the process server is West. Don't hire this person!! Aren't process servers sworn to truth? Certification should be revoked. West Also stated in his/her sworn statement that My daughter was a black 5'4" woman that he served in person. My daughter is a white 5'8" woman who had not lived at that address for four months. What a crook. Lied just to get some money. read more

ATTENTION PROCESS SERVERS: If you want to be paid in a timely manner, do not deliver papers for this company. I delivered 2 papers for them and it took months for me to receive payment. This was after multiple emails, multiple calls and finally I went to the address listed on google as their office which ended up being their home. I believe that they only paid me because I showed up to their house (thinking it was a business). After speaking with a fellow process server, she told me they owed her $600 for almost a year before paying her. Deliver at your own risk. read more

They provide no proof of service, they lie to you, and then they want to insult you when you ask for proof of the service they said they provide. I was able to find more information than they could. If I could give no stars I would! This company is a complete joke! They were hired to serve court paperwork. We never received complete proof of service, thus delaying a court case by 2.5 months. Our lawyers have attempted to resolve the issue to no end. We have endured cost of their (non)service, travel costs for a court case that was continued due to their error, and lawyer fees for their attempts. I called 214-870-3095 and reached the Owner/CEO, Arthur Cirillo, who told me to contact his business office and they would help me. The business office has been contacted several times with no result! I told him no, and he continued by yelling at me, telling me I needed to take a valium, and hung up on me. This company is HORRIBLE with absolutely disgusting customer service! I have turned them into the BBB as well as launched complaints to all of the professional organizations that they lists on their website - NAPPS, TPSA, CALSPro, NYSPPSA, OAPS, FAPPS -- should be noted that many of these professional associations don't list this company as a member. Hired this company to serve seven subpoenas for an upcoming court case. Needed them done within 7 days, which they said was not a problem. Seven days later, only one was served and they misplaced one and tried to say they never received it when they were all mailed together. Not only that, I was billed for the subpoenas that never got served. When I pressed the issue with them, I was transferred to who I assumed was the owner (or their hit man) and basically threatened. These people are rude and not responsible, so take your business elsewhere. Oh, I should also add that when I called after a few days to check the status of my subpoenas, it took them two days to respond to my call and e-mail.
