ABC Process Service is the same people as Thomas Court Services and 007 Process Services. Arthur and Carolyn Cirillo, same address at 4834 Swiss Ave in Dallas, just a different name on the sign. I'm a process server in California and their operation hired me, I finished the work, and they never paid me. A server I referred got treated the exact same way. If you think that's just my bad luck, go read their own BBB page. ABC Process Service has a C+ and is flagged for not responding to complaints, and there's a review right on there from another server saying plainly they did the work and were never paid. That's not one unhappy person. That's a pattern. The reason they run under three different names is, in my opinion, so the bad reviews don't all land in one place, and so one husband and wife working out of a single address can look like a big national company. They advertise offices all over the country that are really just virtual mailboxes. If you're a process server, do not do their work without getting paid up front. If you're an attorney or anyone who actually needs papers served, in my experience you cannot count on these people, and you'd be trusting your case to a company that hides behind fake office addresses and three different names. I'd stay far away. read more

Another victim of this group. I served someone name change papers. Carolyn is so nice on the phone. Looks like there a lot of us that they DO NOT PAY! They say they will send you a check via email and they never do! DO NOT WORK FOR ABCPROCESSSERVICE. Carolyn Cirillo 214-220-0226, staff@abcprocessservice.com is her information. read more

This has been a really bad experience filled with delays and lack of communication. We use this type of services because we have tight deadlines given by the courts and the consequences of failing to serve papers is big. I was told the papers would be served in a week. after a week passed, i asked for updates multiple times with no responses. my emails where either ignored or i was told over the phone they would email me an update and never followed up, after a point my phone calls went to voicemail. It was only after asking for a refund 2 .5 weeks later that i got an update. The papers did eventually get served with 2 days left on the deadline. It was nerve wrecking having to wait until the last minute. They where also on the expensive side of things $175, which i would of not mind if they served the paper in a timely manner and had better communication. Do your research and go with a service with good reviews and local to where you are serving and with reps that will treat you well. If you are in California, someone else can mail your answer to the plaintiff and sign a form saying they served them via first class mail. its cheaper to pay postage than $175 and be in suspense until the very end. This process is stressful enough read more

I'm a court officer in Michigan. I have served 4 papers for ABC Process Services. They don't pay for your service. I have been waiting on my payment since December of 2025. The owners Arthur and his wife Caroline have more excuses for the reason they haven't paid me. I have emailed Caroline multiple times with no response. I have talked to Arthur who has hung up on me when I asked him about my payment. He has told me to talk to Caroline but her phone has been cut off for months. Voicemail is full. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU SMART. They are both scammers. read more

It's a shame you cannot leave half a star. That would be generous. This Carolyn Cirillo was just as sweet as she could be over the phone and available anytime you had a question UNTIL you sent the invoice and she disappeared into thin air. Oh, how I wish I had read these reviews before I ever drove farther than I ever do for a service. She sounded in a bind and had a rush service and I was trying to be helpful. How in God's name do these people sleep at night? I hope none of you just dismiss this, but stay with it. I know I will!! I'm giving this a little longer, then will take what measurements I need to take to have justice. I hope all of you out there do the same. If not, they will continue to get away with stealing from process servers. read more

Please people do not use this company. They are a scam. My husband worked hard to serve papers for these guys. These papers were served in December, we are now going into August and he has still not recieved payment for the work he completed. Arthur and Carolyn now won't even answer the phone. Unacceptable way of doing business. read more

I performed 2 jobs for them last November without charging in advance (big mistake) and they have not paid me. Spoke to her in April and she said was sending out to get them paid. My calls now get ignored as well as my emails asking for an update. I call the company and I am told to email her directly or leave her a voicemail. Can't leave message because it says memory full. Now reviewing here on Yelp I am seeing more complaints about fraud and paying for services. I mailed out the invoices again so lets see if they finallly pay. Definitely be aware of this company. read more

I am a process server company out of Washington. Carolyn hired me to do two jobs and wil not pay me. Our policy is usually payment up front as is ususal in our business. I did a solid favor for her and she now will not pay. She has been citing "changing banks" now for over a month and I don't buy it. If you are a process server, make them pay up front before you serve their jobs. In addition, I know for fact that they held on to a job for over a week before sending it to me, thus compromising their client's time frame for the court hearing. After reading several other reviews on here, STAY AWAY FROM THEM read more

Arthur Cirillo, the reported president/owner of this service as per the business card I received, rudely disrupted my office (I'm a physician) and antagonistically interacted with my staff to serve me papers--that were for the wrong person. When we called him to get them back, he simply was dismissive and ignored us. Be warned: abysmal professionalism and competence. read more

I sought ABC Process Service's assistance as I needed to serve a company headquartered in Texas on a small claims matter. As a resident of SC, I knew I needed professional help and wanted a company that would be able to help me navigate how best to serve them from afar. Arthur Cirillo guided me in understanding how to secure their registered agent information and explained that his firm would make multiple attempts once they had the necessary court documents from me. Within just a few days after providing him with the required documents, the company was served and I had the signed affadavit as proof of service. I received excellent, professional service and would recommend them. read more

ABC Process Service, located in Dallas Texas, where Carylon CARILLO is located are operating without her "CERTIFICATION," to opetate to conduct business where they take your money and lie about service being processed. The Judicial Branch Certification Commission, located in Dallas Texas, has informed and expressed in their letter that Carolyn Cirillo has an expired certification PSC-8452, in Cause No. 0903. WOW! I am a disabled senior citizen in the state of PA, and I've learned that ABC Process Service that Carolyn Cirillo manages is a fraudulent company! Nevertheless, she lied and took over $200 that I'd paid for her company to serve a Defendant in my case. According, Carolyn Cirillo refuse to refund me, even though she faked that they've serve the Defendant (with fake documents) in my case, and they were never served. I am making the public aware of her and this company. BE AWARE! I learned in PA, the local Sherriff's office has to serve any Defendant, according to PA's law. Carolyn Cirillo probably doesn't know this because if she ran a legitimate business, she would know according to My local Sherriff's office. I will get my money back either by our Heavenly Father's, or going on TV Court to expose this FRAUD! I was looking at the comments, however, I believe they are FAKE because we all believe that she's done this plenty of times! I glad that I have documented PROOF! Thiefs always gets what's coming to them by our Heavenly Father Almighty! Beware Carolyn Cirillo... beware! read more

Can I give 0 stars? My law firm hired this company to serve an individual in the Pfleugerville area. Instantly they responded to my initial message, instantly they processed my money (almost $200!) and then have ignored me for almost 4 months now. I finally got a hold of the guy at the 800 number this morning and he must've used the F bomb on me at least 30 times.."we can't f wait to f get rid of your law firm" - because I have been emailing once per week for 13 weeks with no response, no update, and certainly no Affidavit of Non-Service??? I'm a pest, am I? The he goes on to say it's not my money that paid him, it's our client's, so why do I care? How about you do the job I paid you for? I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. I'd get my process server license myself before I'd hire them for a job again. To be clear, I am speaking of abcprocessservice.com on Swiss Ave. in Dallas. There are many "abc" process servers, so don't get confused. read more

I work for a law firm and I feel I need to warn you about ABC Process Service, if I could leave no stars, I will... Beware of the promises made by this company and their agents if you decide to retain their services. They make promises they can not keep and when you ask for updates they give you the runaround or do not know what their agents are doing. Be careful with this company. If you are looking for a local process server this is not the one to deal with because they are no local servers. They tell you they can handle your project and what they do is contract other process servers to do their work and subcontract the work. I do not know how this company and the owner are still in business with the bad customer service that they provide. Stay away or you will have problems. read more

If you accept work from these people you will chase your money for months. We did work in the summer and are still waiting for payment.

My daughter moved in January 2019. An ABC process server swore she/he served her legal papers in May 2019 at her old address. Last name of the process server is West. Don't hire this person!! Aren't process servers sworn to truth? Certification should be revoked. West Also stated in his/her sworn statement that My daughter was a black 5'4" woman that he served in person. My daughter is a white 5'8" woman who had not lived at that address for four months. What a crook. Lied just to get some money. read more

OTHER PROCESS SERVERS: Do not take papers from ABC unless you get paid upfront. Being in the same business you think they'd take care of their own, not the case. You serve their papers and they don't pay colleagues. I wonder how they treat their customers? read more

Unlicensed, unprofessional, and rude. I requested to cancel service before they did ANYTHING and was charged a $50 administrative fee. 'Arthur' is confrontational and would not let me speak. DO NOT USE ABC Process Service!!! read more

My law firm was handling a matter for which there was a need for a last minute service of process. The respondent was in a residence in which other residents were trying to interfere with the service of process. Arthur Ciriillo and his staff were able to effectuate timely service on the respondent, allowing me to obtain personal jurisdiction so that my case could move forward. I would not hesitate to recommend ABC Process Service to my colleagues and persons needing service of process. Steven A. Kass, Esq read more

ATTENTION PROCESS SERVERS: If you want to be paid in a timely manner, do not deliver papers for this company. I delivered 2 papers for them and it took months for me to receive payment. This was after multiple emails, multiple calls and finally I went to the address listed on google as their office which ended up being their home. I believe that they only paid me because I showed up to their house (thinking it was a business). After speaking with a fellow process server, she told me they owed her $600 for almost a year before paying her. Deliver at your own risk. read more

This is the worst process server in the world!! They do not do what they say they are going to do, and the steal your money. They provide no proof of service, they lie to you, and then they want to insult you when you ask for proof of the service they said they provide. I was able to find more information than they could. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! read more

If I could give no stars I would! This company is a complete joke! They were hired to serve court paperwork. We never received complete proof of service, thus delaying a court case by 2.5 months. Our lawyers have attempted to resolve the issue to no end. We have endured cost of their (non)service, travel costs for a court case that was continued due to their error, and lawyer fees for their attempts. I called 214-870-3095 and reached the Owner/CEO, Arthur Cirillo, who told me to contact his business office and they would help me. The business office has been contacted several times with no result! I told him no, and he continued by yelling at me, telling me I needed to take a valium, and hung up on me. This company is HORRIBLE with absolutely disgusting customer service! I have turned them into the BBB as well as launched complaints to all of the professional organizations that they lists on their website - NAPPS, TPSA, CALSPro, NYSPPSA, OAPS, FAPPS -- should be noted that many of these professional associations don't list this company as a member. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

Hired this company to serve seven subpoenas for an upcoming court case. Needed them done within 7 days, which they said was not a problem. Seven days later, only one was served and they misplaced one and tried to say they never received it when they were all mailed together. Not only that, I was billed for the subpoenas that never got served. When I pressed the issue with them, I was transferred to who I assumed was the owner (or their hit man) and basically threatened. These people are rude and not responsible, so take your business elsewhere. Oh, I should also add that when I called after a few days to check the status of my subpoenas, it took them two days to respond to my call and e-mail. Then they seemed to be very disorganized when giving me information. read more
