No hidden prices or charges, it's all very easy to understand and what your expectations are when they do the job. It's the first time I use a company to wash my building and I definitely will use them for any future projects. When they came to clean the front of my building it was well done and they make sure to ask if you're satisfied with the work. Very thorough in all they do and very considerate to keeping the washing to your building as much as possible so as to not bother your neighbors. The two guys who came made sure everything was ready before the washing begins. From the first time I reached out to them to when they came to clean was only a few days and that's only because I was not in a rush. On the day of the job, John arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was accommodating with our alternate side / street parking situation (this being Sunnyside). He and his assistant worked quickly and the results were stunning. In particular, our driveway, sidewalks and front steps are cleaner than we've ever seen them.
