The services provided were at a moderate price and scheduling was easy. I started with a retainer, braces, retainer again and ended with Invisalign. The office was always easy to schedule and quick to return, they also offer texting to schedule which is really convenient. The best part of my experience was paying for my Invisalign in one lump payment and then being able to freely come in as I needed. Also, the appointments were quick and to the point. I was really impressed that the first visit was FREE with no contract, and they do a state-of-the-art exam with full and thorough x-rays as well as photos. They then give you options (which for my daughter was metal braces, ceramic braces, or Invisalign). Office is large and clean with a TV in the waiting room for the kids. I was worried about cost, but with a down payment, they then offer monthly payments that are very manageable. Most of the hygienists (most of the people who work there, by the way, are young, attractive, and blond - as an HR person I can't help but notice these things) are very good and very nice. I am also very pleased with how quickly my daughter's teeth are changing. Appointments are generally quick and easy. Cons: some of the staff/people who work there could be friendlier. It can be hard to get an appointment when you want one; they book up quickly. All in all, we recommend this place. I'm considering going through the process myself when my daughter is finished!

I was nervous going in my first time, but everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienists and head dentist is really great. I've been four times now this year: for an initial exam, two periodontal deep cleans, and another checkup. They do quality work, offer payment plans, the office itself is pleasant, and the appointments seem to go by really quickly. The only con is that sometimes it takes a while to get seen, so be sure to book early. My teeth feel so much better after working with them for a few months and I'm grateful for that. I highly recommend Stone Falls Dental Care to any adult who needs a dentist / dental home.
