This was my first time moving, and I was honestly so impressed with the service. I was assigned a 2-person team and they arrived exactly on time. I was quoted over $1200 for the move, but because it was so quick, it was less than $1000. This was a 2-part job in moving furniture ~16 miles to another location and also disposing of furniture at the second location. Excellent friendly service. The guys were so attentive to each request to move furniture around until it satisfied my needs. The guys had great attitude and were so careful when moving each and every piece of furniture. We had them out twice to set up our furniture; first at the time of our initial move then to unwrap and set up all furniture and appliances. I hired them for our office move and they were amazing from the very start! While I initially called to get information, everything else was done via email, which was efficient and responsive. Mike was thorough and advised on where I can save money with packing supplies. The crew came in early, ready to work and courteous. Got everything wrapped, packed, and moved into our new office. Hire anyone else! This company is a scam! We hired them for my elderly mother and they sent two unqualified and untrained people who completely damaged her refrigerator, dragged items like her exercise up flights of stairs with nothing underneath, dumped boxes in the middle of the room, and ended up charging her more than double the estimate!!!! I have moved several times and never I have I witnessed such inefficiency and incompetence in a moving company. They are also avoiding her attempts to communicate that her refrigerator needs to be replaced and that she is seeking a charge back since she shouldn't pay double for the company profiting off sending two people who can not perform even remotely to task. read more

There should be a ZERO rating for this company. Seven pieces of my furniture was severely damaged. Movers came with no tools and no water. We supplied tools and water (water of course is not an issue but it shows how the company views their employees). Not to mention the double charges on numerous items; we disputed and he (Daniel) said, that's the price and I'm not changing it. By this time, they have our furniture. They held our furniture hostage! When we called to get a delivery date, he told us he could not give us a date. He said he will call the day before and give us a four hour window. We were in another state! It didn't matter to him. Initially, before we paid them, he told us that they would work out a date with us for deliver and gave us date but then changed it (after they got paid). We had plane tickets to come out for our delivery and he changed it at the last minute and would not provide us with another date until late the following week and then called us the day before. We had to have realtor come to accept delivery. She took pictures of our damaged items. this was the worst experience while moving and the LEAST PROFESSIONAL company. Yes, we can sue in small claims court but we need to get settled first. Oh, they also tell you they will place boxes/beds as long as they are marked in the rooms. They lied - they only left them in the garage. They also said they would put together the beds, they lied! At first they give you a quote based on each room and it's content but then change the pricing and say it's based on cubic feet pricing and not per room. The entire company is a sham so please be warned. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE ABC MOVING SYSTEMS!! I had two trucks 5 guys move us this past weekend. The gentlemen were so professional and worked fast! There was no slacking off! Trust me I was watching. But let Me back up for a second, from the first phone call, Mike was very kind and professional. The gentleman that came to provide an estimate was also professional, on time and easy to talk to. No run around. I also had a last minute change and I am so lucky they were able to accommodate me a couple days before scheduled move in. Now back to the guys, they were very careful with all of my furniture and just like promised all was wrapped, disassembled and reassembled. And I did have a few changes on where things should go. They were gracious enough to accommodate my changes. All 5 guys worked hard. If you have any doubts - don't. This company was honest and they are hardworking but most importantly all were so polite ! There are just so many great things to say about ABC Moving. I am so happy I stumbled across them in my search for a mover for our Corporate Offices. From the first phone call, they seemed completely professional, organized and responsive to all my questions. Richie was the one who helped me from that first phone call, to the walk through and quotation, and eventually throughout the 10 days of moving our offices. He always treated me like I was his only customer, he would answer my calls or texts immediately. We did a 72,000 SF move and they were SPOT ON from the beginning to the end. Their pricing was literally almost exactly what they quoted. I added services along the way like packing help and extra labor for garbage removal and they were always up for it. I typically had (8) movers each day working on my move and they were all very hardworking, but especially Angel and Illias (sp?) were incredible. I worked with Scott on my move and storage, he was fantastic. He always answered the phone when I called, was quick with his quote and answered all my questions. The day of the move the guys were exactly on time and did a fantastic job of packing up some things like all my bed parts and large wall art. They stored my stuff for five months and then just a quick call to Scott to set up the delivery to my new home 2 hours away. This time the guys were early and unloaded and put everything where I asked them too in under 2 hours. the cost for each move was very fair and competitive. I've had my fair share of moves, however this was the first time I had used ABC Moving as I always used the same company in prior moves simply based off the good expereince I've always had. However, my prior company was purchased by someone else and their pricing changed. So when I was looking for a new moving company a freind recently used ABC and highly recomenned them even though they might not have been the cheapest. Needless to say I contacted them and it was a great expereince. They were the only company who sent someone to my home to do a real time inventory proposal, responded to all my quesitons after hours and even on the weekends and made the expereince easy. Ritchie was amazing in the work he provided to get me going. When the move day came around, they showed up early, and they got to work promptly and were very easy to work with. At the end of the day, they did get a couple white chairs dirty with grease marks, but that was manageable to clean. They were very quick and efficient. I'd use them again for sure. read more

My dad was retiring from his 50 year career last week and he offered to let me take his beautiful, antique office furniture. I was incredibly excited but also super nervous because the furniture is not only antique, but it is very valuable (both sentimentally and $$) and VERY heavy. I only had 5 items - a MASSIVE desk, 2 client chairs, a console table and a painting. I made multiple online bids to see how I could arrange a highly rated and reputable company to move these pieces to my house (about 5 miles away from the office). I cared most that the items were properly cared for during transit because they are invaluable to me. I also needed an available time slot within a week of the beginning of my search! The whole ordeal was really stressing me out because the quote was pretty pricey (about $500 plus tip for the whole thing) but I also really wanted someone who knows what they're doing. I also don't have anything to compare it to so maybe that is a normal price. I bit the bullet, reserved them, and they completely took it from there. We needed to arrange a couple things through the office manager (certificate of insurance and logistics of getting in the building) and they were quick to respond and very helpful. They called multiple times to confirm and remind, which helped keep my nerves down about the day itself. On moving day (yesterday), we met them at the office to ensure a smooth move. The two movers (sorry, I don't remember their names and the paperwork is at home!!) were INCREDIBLY polite, kind, careful and efficient. They very tenderly wrapped all of the furniture with quilts, ensuring the feet were also well wrapped. We were able to get everything out of the office within about 30 minutes. I should also mention, they were well within their provided arrival window and gave me an hour of notice so we had time to get there! We live on the 2nd floor of a duplex so we knew it would be a pain for them to have to haul this incredibly heavy desk up the stairs. They had to take our front door off the hinges to get this thing through the door (barely made it!) and maneuvered this behemoth through our slanted doorways and tight corners without missing a beat. They also offered to help us rearrange some of the items (moving the rug from under the desk, etc) to make sure it was to our liking. Again, what mattered most to me was the careful relocation of these priceless items. These two lovely gentlemen did just that and I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you ABC movers!! While not the least expensive option, we went with ABC Moving Systems to help unload our 16 ft moving truck because of ease of booking (thanks, Mike!), transparent pricing, and experience. James and Alex were AMAZING. They called ahead to let us know when they would arrive, showed up on time, and worked together to make the moving process as smooth as possible. I chose ABC Moving Systems when it came time in April of 2019 to sell my house. They politely and efficiently moved everything from my 6300 square foot home into their storage facilities. I left the furniture there for a year and recently they moved it all into my new home in Woodland Hills. I also had them move my grandfather's estate belongings from Inglewood to Castaic and Bakersfield. Every move was handled professionally and perfectly. The movers are careful and thoughtful.
