I reached out, and Roni showed up within an hour with a smile and ready to work. He immediately knew what needed to be done. After some tough maneuvering, he was able to remove the broken locking mechanism and replace it. In about 30 minutes, the door was fully operational again. Roni was attentive, polite, and incredibly skilled -- all while our two dogs barked and ran around. The value he delivered was exceptional: fast response, expert work, and a fair price. We'll be adding him to our list of trusted vendors we recommend. If you have any lock issues, call Roni. He did an amazing job getting us back up and running.

10/10 locksmith experience. Excellent customer service, unique ability to order/provide/expertly…read morecut a base key model so rare that 3 ACE hardwares and another locksmith the ACEs referred me to couldn't order or cut it for me. What the other locksmith could do was refer me to Wrangler. "I'm sure they'll have it, and if they don't, they'll order it for you lickety split". When your direct and nearby competition is referring customers out to you because they know how good you are, well, that's how you become as elite as Wrangler. The staff at Wrangler didn't happen to have my SUPER-RARE key base in stock, but they ordered it for same-day delivery, a courtesy no one else offered me. I arrived the morning after, after calling to make sure they'd gotten the order in (they had!). I pulled up a mere 20 minutes later and had 6 of my fancy-ass, rare, custom-order keys cut PERFECTLY for 60% less than I'd been quoted anywhere else. At $5 a key, which I know was a screaming deal because I was already considering ordering 10 of the base keys from an online wholesaler for $3.50 a pop. They charged me $1.50 a key to not only order the keys but also EXPERTLY cut them!I wish I'd gotten the names of the woman and man who assisted me, but in case they're reading this now, THANK YOU!
