Cristian with ABC was very helpful at start, but then a few months in and they started slacking. Being an office space, there is only so much that we needed to be done. Yet for the past few months we have seen several trash cans not emptied, toiletries not refilled, and these are the things that we can see. Notified Cristian on multiple occasions about this, yet service quality never improved. Now that it has come to the point of terminating service, Cristian is no where to be found. Emails for the past month has not been replied, phone calls always land in voicemail. Be very careful about this company, as my experience is you get a few good months, and then things are downhill from there. I do not wish anyone to be in the same situation as I am. And I am still waiting to hear back from Cristian, or the rest of the company. Funny how the invoices keep coming though, even though there seems to be no one replying to their customers. read more

Awesome service!! Our previous janitorial service for my workplace was horrible! Restroom floors were covered with dirt. It's like they didn't put any effort in cleaning it plus they keep using the same mop that was filled with dirt. Spider webs were hanging over the corner ceiling walls every week that I walked in. Dust was collecting over time and they wanted us to pay extra for dusting? Um no thanks! I knew I had to look for someone else. So I looked on yelp and found Cristian! Great reviews at first site! Call him and very easy to talk to. He came by for a walk thru within 2 days and jotted down all of my concerns. Very quick in response! They went above and beyond my expectations! Bathroom floors were like new again! I can see my own reflection! Carpets were clean! No spider webs on the ceiling! Dusted all the bookshelfs! Wipes down all the office tables! They even cleaned inside the microwaves! Our office location is super big and they did a great job accomplishing everything by the end of day. All my employees gave me great feedbacks for their services! Now we've hired them to clean our office 2 times a week! Thank you Cristian! read more

Christian and his staff really showed excellent professionalism and business integrity, I'm very impressed. I hired them to do my 1b1b move-out cleaning on November, they were able to come within a very short notice, the cleaning staff were very professional and nice, they did a great job. A month later, I received deposit from my apartment, and they charged me $100 for cleaning the carpet. I was very surprised because ABC has cleaned it thoroughly. I called in and my apartment said they need to clean it because I didn't send them an invoice to prove that I had professional cleaning (wtf, how about use your eyes and see the carpet that it's clean?? thanks a lot, Solano apartment). So I emailed Christian, and he agreed to refund me the $100 because he forgot to send me an invoice - even though they did a wonderful job on the cleaning itself. I'm extremely impressed with his professionalism and business integrity, and will definitely hire them again. Thanks so much ABC Janitorial Service! read more

ABC Janitorial came and did a great job at the company I work and usually only does commercial cleaning, but I asked them if they could come and clean the carpets in my apartment. They showed up just when they said they would and did a GREAT job! I'm so happy with how the carpet looks now! THANK YOU ABC! They will hopefully be doing a lot more residential cleaning services. read more

ABC Janitorial Mobile Service - Before and after. - Office Cleaning Near Me

These guys are amazing! I contacted Christian at ABC on a Wednesday evening to see when his next avaliable appointment would be. I have an extremely busy schedule between work and school so I'm usually out of the house from 5:30am-8:30pm, Mon-Fri and I needed my apartment cleaned by the upcoming Friday. Christian literally moved his schedule around in order to accommodate my busy schedule and came the next day at 8:30pm; now that is what I call customer service! They cleaned my apartment in about 20 minutes and it went from a disgusting carpet that I was embarrassed to have in my home to a clean carpet that I wouldn't mind laying down on. The customer service was second to none and the job was done in a timely manner and was exactly what I'd hoped for, a clean, good smelling, presentable carpet. Thank you Christian and ABC, you've earned yourself a faithful customer. read more

WONDERFUL SERVICE ALL AROUND! Christian and his crew are such a pleasure to have at our winery every week. They have brought nothing but professionalism and politeness since we hired them on last year. He and his team clean our entire main building which is inclusive of our tasting room, kitchen, barrel room, upstairs executive dining room, and five bathrooms, as well as our office and extra set of bathrooms on the other side of the property. They are extremely thorough and never hesitate nor complain when we ask them to clean extra areas. Christian is extremely flexible as well and has been nothing short of accommodating when it comes to scheduling extra cleanings after large events. Thank you, thank you, thank you to ABC Janitorial's Mobile Service for making our working environment spotless and so much more enjoyable. Fabulous company with great customer service! Highly recommended!!! Great prices and superior cleaning services!

I'm very sorry to report that both the actual cleaning and the customer service for this firm really went downhill. We tried to contact Cristian for several weeks to get some resolution, but none of our calls or emails were ever returned. We finally had to send a termination letter with a final check, and then changed the locks. Something is seriously wrong here.... read more

Christian and his staff helped us out in a pinch! Our family was about to move into our recently renovated home but the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room were a mess from the construction, paint crews and contractors! Within an hour of my call, Christian came over and quoted us a reasonable price and could execute the deep clean that day! A member of his staff came over later that evening and literally worked into the wee hours! Christian showed up to check on the job and ended up vacuuming and steam cleaning the carpets!!! Not part of the original agreement, yet he went above and beyond that! We plan on calling ABC again for any janitorial services we need...and will recommend him to anyone! Thanks so much Christian & team! read more

We have a contract with ABC for daily cleaning of our Sunnyvale office. It has been about two months now and I am very happy with the service they've been providing. It is consistently good and Cristian has been great to work with. He is professional, attentive and has high standards in quality. I would definitely recommend ABC for your regular office cleaning or detailed floor cleaning! read more

These guys are off the charts. They cleaned all of my windows inside and out as well as all of the carpet in the house in about 5 hours. Their work was fastidious, efficient, and way less expensive than I thought it would be. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area! read more

Christian and his crew did a great job. This the second time we have used their services at our business. They were on time and did an awesome job. They even did a little extra at no charge. We will definitely be using them again. read more

Christian and his staff did an excellent job for a move out cleaning. One of the advantages was that they could come at a short notice and had various tools to clean the house - they polished tiles, steam cleaned carpets, and vacuumed cabinets. The end result great! They even moved appliances for a thorough cleaning. I definitely recommend them and would use them again. read more

Last weekend I had ABC Janitorial Mobile Service polish and wax the VCT tile floor of my garage and my daughter's house garage. Both homes are in San Jose. I've had this service done before but this time it was outstanding. I couldn't be happier that I found this business. It is rare when you find people that care so much about the final result and take the time to do it perfectly. I would recommend this company to anybody and I keep their card with me all the time to quickly call them for other type of jobs they do when I need it. read more

We're opening up a new shop on Commercial St. in San Jose. The floor in the warehouse we took over didn't even look salvageable. We called ABC Janatorial Mobile Services for an estimate and Christian came out immediatly. He gave us a more than fair estimate to clean and seal our tile floors. His crew arrived on time and did an AMAZING job restoring what we thought migh be a total loss. Christian and his crew were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. read more

Update: 1 month later everything is still nice and shiny and our contracted employees that come in here and there are impressed--- as if the floors were cleaned the day before. Cristian gave me a followup phone call to personally thank me for my "un-expected" yelp review. I give credit when its deserved & they sure deserve it! read more

Amazing Job! Our first scheduled cleaning with ABC Janitorial was night and day compared to our current janitorial service. Employees arrived to work and noticed the difference instantly. All our desk were left smelling clean and new. Our office is dog friendly so the carpets can get very dirty. But ABC Janitorial came in and afterwards you would never guess we had dogs. The office smelled clean the instant you walked through the door. They turned a black warehouse break room floor into a white and shiny floor! Wonderful company with GREAT customer service. read more

Wow, what a great job. I contacted them on Monday and they were here on Wednesday. They showed up and cleaned our entire office from top to bottom. The place looks great and I look forward to their scheduled cleanings in the future. Give them a call and you won't be sorry!! read more

These guys were professional and responsive. They did a great job on short notice and stepped up to a big challenge.

I asked ABC Janitorial Mobile Service to clean and wax our soup kitchen's dining room where as many as 400 people are served free hot, nutritious meals. Christian and his crew gave us a very good price plus donated the cleaning of our hallway and office. They did a fantastic job! I recommend them highly! read more
