Todd always let me know what time the service providers would be coming and came to introduce each one of them before they began their work. Each individual on the service team acted professionally and gave me no cause for concern, and our project was finished according to the projected cost estimate and the projected time frame of approximately one week. When there were little design concerns or tweaks to be made along the way, Todd was quick to take care of them. Aspects of this company that I found unique among others were that (1) they were able to begin our project much sooner than others, (2) they offered computerized drawings of the project to help us visualize it and know we were on the same page, and (3) they were always quick to respond to our calls and emails. I had made all the measurements but was afraid it wouldn't be exactly precise. It seems no one wants to install Ikea, go figure... ha. So I called Artisan and was able to set up a date right away. They honored the price quote they originally gave me months ago, minus the demo, which I greatly appreciated. Great start! There were a few snafus due to the nature of my space (a loft in an old building), but Adrian always came up with a solution to solve the problem. They were efficient and pleasant to have around. Always on time, made sure they cleaned up, and kept me in the loop regarding everything they were doing.
