The bowl was tasty but saddle the sweet potato were soft and mushy rather than crispy. With the soft tofu, plantain, tomato, and avocado it was a lost opportunity for texture to have them be crisp. My husband said of roasted potatoes was also soft and mushy so I think there is just a timing issues rushing the potatoes for the first guest of the day. I'd still order it again. - Knowing we would be in the middle of nowhere without a vegan option on our drive home, I ordered the Veggie sandwich with added tofu to pack for a lunch later. My husband found Dark Aroma coffee after seeing they make Vietnamese coffee. He even came across a few reviews of customers mentioning a Coke and espresso drink (which he really wanted to try). My husband was greeted by the friendly staff who were more than happy to make the Coke and espresso drink for him. I got an iced Vietnamese coffee and it was perfect! It was strong with just the right amount of sweetness to it. It really did help give me that energy boost after being in the sun all morning. My husband really liked his Coke and espresso drink. I even took a few sips of his drink and it was so good. You can definitely taste the flavors of the rich and strong espresso with the soda. 10/10 for the friendly staff, great service, and delicious coffee. We will be sure to come back the next time we're in town. I recommend!!!

They do mixology style drinks which is not usually my thing. I broke my personal rule of drinking only unsweetened coffee and I am glad I did. The lady making the drinks told us upfront it would not be very sweet, which is the only reason I agreed to try something outside of my usual. She was right and I appreciated that honesty. I had Foam Alone, hot. My husband had Fudge Around and Find Out, iced. Mine was incredible. His was very good too but mine was better. Both were done very quickly. The lady running it is very nice, service is great, and the coffee speaks for itself. Atmosphere does not really apply here given the format but that is not a complaint at all. We will definitely be back. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not, the stars reflect that.

Plenty of seating and the area near the counter seems to be a bit cooler. An extensive menu with plenty of choices. I settled on the T Street wrap which was chicken salad in a spinach tortilla with carrots spinach and avocado. Flavor was pretty good and plenty of crunch from the carrots. The chicken salad was a tad dry for me so next time I will ask for extra mayo to add in. It came with tortilla chips (from a bag I would imagine and they tasted like it) and some of their homemade beet hummus. A hard pass next time. Not my thing apparently. Also it says it comes with tomato. Missing on my wrap. Just noticed reviewing the menu. That may have helped with the dryness. They had a cooler that had drinks in it, but the bottle of tea I grabbed was warm. They also have a thing of water you can help yourself to. But it could have used some ice. It was room temp. But free. Busy cafe and they were pumping out the food and drinks. Coffee drinks appeared to be very popular from my vantage point. Gonna have to give it a go again and try a bowl. Normally I would have only done three stars but the staff was very friendly and smiled when they brought my food to me, extra star for the vibe.
