I have mixed review about my online bakery order. The young lady that handed me the cake was amazing and very nice. Ordering online was super easy. The cake tasted great as expected. My only two complaints is with the cake it had rotten strawberries used. With strawberries you can smell and taste the difference immediately if they are not fresh. The ones that were used for the glazed strawberry toppers were smushing from how soft they were. This threw off the flavor of the icing giving it a bad taste. My other small complaint is the cannolis they were chewy but the filling tasted great. read more

A very clean, well stocked neighborhood market. Fresh food and the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. If you even look like you can't find a certain item, before you look around there is someone there to assist you. The check out lines move very swiftly. I just wish they closed at 10 pm I instead of 9 pm. The delivery area is always packed at lunchtime. They have beautiful floral arrangements which l really appreciate. The bakery is pretty good as well. I love those days of buy one, get one free. And the best part, they are located 2 minutes from home. read more

The prices are sooo high. I usually grab things on sale. They do a lot of buy one get one free deals. That really makes it the price is should be but... SUPER inflation. They have an app to load coupons on too. There is another app to also get curbside pick up but beware the prices are higher than the store since it is through instant cart. This Publix is consistent. The staff is friendly and accommodating and always ready to help. The store is always clean and well stocked. They are diligent about wiping down the carts, baskets and conveyor belts. However, they do not wipe the credit card key pads. At the beginning of the pandemic they ran out of the basics like meat, eggs, bread, canned goods, TP. Early on they instituted the 1 or 2 item per person so that a small number of people bought up everything.  In the last few weeks, the popular items are popping back on the shelves.  No lysol or wipes, but that's ok.  I just wanted to thank the staff for being on the front lines and consistently being awesome during regular times, hurricane season and in the middle of a pandemic. #ThankYouThursday read more

What I ordered vs what I got This is my first hit and miss. I ordered a Publix Philly Whole sub. First of all Al was under the impression that a Philly sandwich was made with steak as opposed to roast beef. However, this sandwich was just meat bread and veggies. There was no provolone cheese to be found. Needless to say that when I went to eat the sandwich, it was dry, and my taste buds were not happy. Next time I will make the trek up the road and get an original Philly Cheesesteak sandwich read more

This publix has the absolute worst deli; I have given them so many chances to make a half way decent sandwich, they refuse to use common sense and cleanliness. Joe is probably the worst, he just slaps everything together and hands you a ball of mush. There is a young black woman that works deli sometimes who is holding the entire place together, props to her. I will check her nametag next time i am there so she can get the credit she deserves; miles above the rest of staff. read more

It's like most other Publix: clean, well stocked and accommodating. Never an issue to return something unused or the occasional bad produce (things happen). Staff mostly friendly, with lots of school age kids working, some giving no cares. Knocked one star because there is frequently visibly moldy/distressed produce for sale. So I sometimes have to visit multiple Publix in the area to complete my food shopping. read more

Saw a review about the price of drugs. Prescriptions are cheaper at Publix than CVS, Walgreens, and even Walmart. OTC drugs are pricey, except when they are on sale. I usually buy vitamins on sale at Publix. Produce is fresh, but some are pricey. There used to be more sales on the frozen vegetables, not so much anymore :(. The store is clean, the workers are friendly and VERY helpful. They have recently added more organic produce to the shelves. Sometimes I am in the mood for their Yummy sushi, sometimes the fish is good, but unfortunately, sometimes the fish section smells so bad I can't walk past this area without holding my breath. The store is nice and the people are friendly. It's my go-to place late in the evening when we are all out of dairy-free ice cream. read more

I 3 Publix. From I was a little girl I have fond memories of roaming the aisles of Publix unsupervised whilst my mom grocery shopped. I think she liked taking me for this reason I wouldnt bug her to buy anything because I could always "Get a free cookie" from the bakery, sample from Apron's kitchen and use my change to get candy out of the Brach's sample aisle. Things sure have changed and I wouldnt recommend letting your kids roam but Publix still holds true to their shopping is a pleasure. It truly is. From the nice positive attitudes of the associates (no matter how redneckish or ghetto the area is) I always receive the same quality of care. Though I no longer reside in a state that offers Publix, My favorite Publix pasttimes are their chocolate chip cookies, Hot n Spicy breaded wings and of course their subs. So imagine my suprise when I came to FL to visit my mom and they changed the formula/recipe on their cookies, they no longer carry the Caribbean Chicken Salad and their wings did not taste the same. SACRE BLEUR! Also the too tanned skin deli employee was very short and tempermental with me. In the past associates would accommodate your desires. If you only wanted 4 cookies and not 2 dozen they would be happy to break open a pack and customize it for you. But the bakery lady rolled her eyes when I asked for 6 cookies instead of a dozen -_- And the too tanned deli employee acted as if she couldnt substitute the four piece wings with hot n spicy wings when the deli was low on chicken. So I took away a star. This location is alright, not my favorite but you could get what you need without any problems. read more

I have been a customer for many years. This has always been one my favorite Publix stores. On Sunday, I was shopping with my husband. We decided to stop by the Deli Department. As we're placing our cold cut orders. The woman assisting us was cutting our cold cuts and stepped aside to Cut several pieces. When all of a sudden I look over to the scale and I see an employee by the name of Moe grabbing my cold cuts and moving them off, so he can place his ham on the scale. In doing so he spilled half of my cold cuts off the tray and attempted to placed them back onto my order. I responded to Moe that he needed to have a little more patience and that move was very uncalled for. If my husband and I were not paying attention he would of placed those cold cuts right back into the others. I have noticed this individual on other occasion being rude to another customer. I would really appreciate as a customer who immensely enjoys shopping at your location that he is spoken to regarding his mannerism and sense of entitlement. It was apparent that he upset the employee and He did not even apologize. I appreciate this matter being addressed in a timely manner. Thank you! read more

Went to the cash register and noticed when I received the receipt that I was charged twice for an item. I went to customer service and received the refund. The girl that gave me the refund had an attitude when I told her I deserve an apology for being over charged. Her response was that" things happen". I work hard for my money so for her to say hat was such an insult! read more

This is the dirtiest Publix I've ever been to. Nice workers in seafood section but I've never been met with a smile or any sense of urgency in the deli department. Deli people are usually too busy speaking and complaining to each other than to help you. Like the McDonald's in Bayside this place is subpar. read more

I'm super tired of being told it's okay to bring my chihuahua in by half the team members and being told to leave by the other half. I wouldn't mind if I weren't asking and being told it's okay but when I go out of my way to shop somewhere because I can bring my animal and then get told to leave is pretty infuriating. I love this Publix. The staff is very friendly. I was in there today and forgot something. The cashier was nice enough to ring me up slowly so I could run and get it. When I got back she told me that I had forgotten something else on my list, I had left the list sitting on my purchases. This store is very convenient to my home. I would shop here exclusively, however there is seldom a time I walk into the store that they are not out of something on my list. They have recently stopped caring at least a half dozen items that I use weekly. My last list have 10 items. They were out of four of them. (Common items). And I never found the fifth item. This store has been so poorly managed over the last few years, I have to believe it's a district or regional management problem. Shopping here has become so frustrating! I really wish this store would get their act together and stop forcing me to go to WM! Come on, Publix, step up to the plate!! read more

I had come in just before my interview at the Majors Golf Club down the street looking for help about tying a tie. Sounds stupid but I just switched from clip ons and it was a rocky transition.
