No additional work was done and they thought they deserved an additional $2400 because my insurance company was sending me an additional check for $862. I decided on using Results Contracting for my hail damage roof. The interaction with my sales person Sam started out good. Then he lied to me about sending me a contract, more accurately he gaslighted me saying he didn't know what I was referring to until I sent a screenshot of the text of him saying he sent the contract a few days prior. He didn't respond to multiple texts, phone calls or emails for weeks at a time. They also were not aware the weather was too cold to install my roof the week that it was schedule. I had to call them and tell them to reschedule the install for when it was warmer.

Layne came to our home and did an excellent job explaining the different rebate options, financing plans, and the entire insulation process. He made everything easy to understand and stress-free. Alexis and Tarik handled the actual work. They removed all of our old attic insulation, sealed any openings, and installed new insulation that helps repel mice and bugs. The next day, they returned to insulate the walls. They arrived on time, were respectful of our home and furnishings, and left everything clean when they were done. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism from SNAP Construction. Highly recommend!

Due to a recent hailstorm, we needed to have our roof replaced. After interviewing several roofing…read morecontractors, we chose eRoof to perform the work. Their representative, Garret H., presented a thorough plan for completing the work, assured us that he would coordinate with our insurance company as much as we required, and had a plan that would get the work done in just a few weeks. The eRoof bid was also in-line with other bids we had received to do the work. At the same time, we decided to upgrade our gutter system, which was the original one from 1959. The new system we chose included a cover to eliminate the need for gutter cleaning. We also needed to fix our chimney cap, which was falling apart in large chunks. eRoof also gave us competitive pricing for both projects and integrated that work into the overall work plan. The chimney cap replacement was completed first. That work began on a Monday and was finished the next day. The roof replacement happened on Friday, and the gutter system was hung the following Monday. All of the work was completed in an 8-day span. Throughout the process, Garret H. worked closely with our insurance adjuster to ensure that the new roof system met the current code requirements, with the insurance company agreeing to pay for the additional underlayment called for in the code regulations. The work crews were professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. The cleanup left the grounds in good condition. In conclusion, we are very pleased with the results in all three cases - the roof, the gutter system, and the chimney cap. We both recommend eRoof as a solid choice to handle your roofing (and other) needs. Kathie and Larry P. Roseville, MN
