Their pricing is fair and they are very reliable. They even have a rewards program so you get award certificates for every dollar spent to use towards your next car service or repair. Communication is super easy. I contacted Asian Imports Plus through text last week to see if I can bring in my car for a weird noise every time I accelerated or stop. My husband and I weren't sure if it was from getting my car repaired a few weeks prior from this shop. They were very accommodating and told me to bring in my car last Friday. It turned out to be that my brake pad was worn down to a certain limit and needed a few hours to repair. Then I got a call that one of the bolts broke during the repair and needed to be replaced as well. Because it was a Friday (and they're closed on the weekends), it had to be done on Monday. They explained to me they wanted to make sure everything was completed right and safe for me and my family. As promised, my car was ready Monday for pick up. My car runs smoothly with no issues now. Every car repair shop should be as honest and ethical as this place. Forget seeing the dealer for any of your car needs and get it serviced by this high quality and hard-working shop. I highly recommend!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Nevada Auto Center and would strongly advise others to…read moreproceed with caution. My boyfriend brought his work truck in for a diagnostic due to starting issues and other concerns. We were initially charged for the diagnostic, and then quoted approximately $1,900 for repairs. After leaving the vehicle with them, communication quickly became a major issue. Nearly a full week went by with no updates we had to call them ourselves just to find out what was going on. We were told they were waiting on a part from California and that it would arrive within a couple of days. However, several more days passed with no communication. Each time we followed up, we were given vague answers and repeated assurances that the truck would be "ready later that day or the next." This happened several times on separate occasions where we were told the truck would be ready, only for it not to be. In total, they had the truck for three weeks. This is not just an inconvenience this is our work truck, and the delay directly caused lost income. When the truck was finally picked up, on the very next day one of the original issue was still not resolved. It continued to have trouble starting one of the very issue it was brought in for. When we contacted them about this, instead of taking responsibility, and covering it under the repair warranty they claimed it was a separate problem and informed us it would be an additional charge of $400. Additionally, when we attempted to contact the owner directly to discuss and resolve this issue, our calls were ignored and not returned. This is unacceptable. The purpose of a diagnostic is to identify the issues with the vehicle. Charging nearly $2,000 and returning the truck with the same problem and then charging more for it shows either a lack of competence or a lack of integrity. Overall, the experience was marked by: Poor communication and lack of proactive updates Repeated missed timelines and false assurances Extended delays that caused financial loss Failure to properly diagnose and fix the original issue Additional charges for a problem that should have been addressed initially. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience warrants it. Based on our experience, I would not trust this shop with another vehicle, and I would not recommend it to others.

When I returned to pick it up, I was informed that the alignment could not be properly completed unless I purchased and installed an additional part costing approximately $600. Despite paying for the alignment service, my vehicle's alignment remained incorrect, with the steering pulling noticeably to the right. The shop maintained that the additional part was necessary to correct the issue. Unsatisfied with the result, I sought a second opinion from another independent repair shop. The technician there was able to properly correct the alignment in approximately 20 minutes without installing any additional parts. According to the technician, the issue appeared to be that Triton Auto Care either misdiagnosed the problem or was unable to properly perform the alignment. After having the alignment corrected elsewhere, I contacted Triton Auto Care to request a refund for the alignment service, as the work I paid for had not been completed satisfactorily and I was forced to pay another shop to fix the issue. Triton Auto Care stated that they would need to inspect my vehicle to verify my claim before considering a refund. I returned to their shop with both my vehicle and documentation from the second repair facility. However, after inspecting the vehicle, Triton Auto Care still refused to issue any refund. As a result, I paid for an alignment service that was not properly performed and incurred additional expense to have the problem corrected elsewhere. I am filing this complaint because I believe I was charged for a service that was either performed improperly or not completed as represented, and the business refused to provide reimbursement even after the issue was independently corrected and documented by another repair facility.
