They came out to my residence quickly and replaced a faulty crankshaft sensor on my 2004 CLK500, saving me the hassle and cost of a tow. Their pricing was extremely cheap and completely transparent -- I saved over $1,000 compared to what the Mercedes dealership quoted me. Their service advisor, Karina, was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on the technician's arrival. They gave me a 3-hour window and delivered right on time with impressive punctuality. Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. He has such an incredible personality, is patient and overall, has a down to earth demeanor that is a RARITY (and refreshing to see) in this city. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. We will definitely continue to use, as well as recommend Jon to friends and family. Thanks Jon! BTW: The Rooster, with his leather jacket on, says hi. :D

Best part is, I learned a lot about the issue I am having with my PT Cruiser. I am from California and I'm glad to have met and used Edgar here in Las Vegas. Edgar must have been going through something personal when he came to help me. That's all I can…read morethink of to try to empathize and understand why he would treat me and my fiancee the way he did. I will do my best to be impartial and lay out the facts, but I'll be honest when I say that it does anger me to remember that I put my fiancee through this experience back in August. To begin, his communication is not clear in the slightest. I had to keep asking questions to gain clarity, and it seemed like I annoyed him by asking questions. He would often respond with one word responses or include ellipsis (...). When we met for the diagnosis, I shook his hand and gave a big smile. I asked if I could get him a drink or help him with anything as it was a hot August day. He hardly made eye contact with me and didn't smile. He figured out the issue with my car and I paid him $80 cash for the diagnosis (a reasonable/average price). Though he wasn't the kindest to me, I was already in for the diagnosis fee which he said goes towards labor, so I decided to move forward with labor. We spoke on the phone for a little when I asked him what his availability is for the labor, and how much it might cost. He said verbatim, "I don't know like $400?" and struggled to give me a day for availability, so I offered to give him a moment to think about it and text me when he figures it out. In text on Yelp I asked him what his hourly labor rate is to which he replied $120/hr. The day he is available I am working, but he says that's fine and that he can work on it while I'm at work. He shows up to do the work and he seems to be in a worse mood than the first time. I ask if I can get him anything before I leave for work, but he says no with his back turned towards me. I introduce him to my fiancee so she can assist him with anything he might need. While I'm at work, she's texting me that he's making her feel uncomfortable, so I tell her he might be having a bad day and ask her to bring him a cold drink. She does. He asks to use the bathroom so she takes him to our apartment's community restroom. He comments on the quality of the apartments and that they must be expensive. Uh oh. Time for payment. I'm at work so I'm not able to respond very quickly, but I ask him how much I owe him, to which he says $400. At $120/hr, the math didn't add up. He demands $400 and says he said that's how much it was on the phone. Will someone please explain in what world I ask for his hourly rate if it was clear to me that it was going to be a flat $400? We spoke on the phone a little to which he starts yelling and cussing at me while I'm just trying to gain some clarity on this obvious misunderstanding. My fiancee is texting me that she is extremely uncomfortable being around him, so to avoid any further issues or discomfort, I tell him I will pay what he is demanding. I tell him I will send him $320 to which he starts raging at me again. When he calms down a little I explained that he originally told me on Yelp that the diagnostic fee will go towards the labor. He reluctantly accepts after checking our Yelp conversation. I send my fiancee down one last time with the money in cash (to be nice because I know he's not claiming any of this on his taxes). I apologize for the misunderstanding, even though I still think the misunderstanding was his fault within his poor communication and customer service. He says "lose my number" after he still got what he demanded for. Screenshots attached. I am giving him 2 stars because the work he did was great. The part he installed has held up and is still working great to this day. Thank you for your service. If you were going through something personal then, I hope things have turned around for the better. All love!

We thought we'd picked up a dependable car, a 2013 Nissan Altima. We found out afterwards it needed quite a bit of work, including a catalytic converter. We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Doing this remotely from Illinois was worrisome, but Wes made it simple, thorough, and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place & Wes!

I noticed some oil underneath my truck the other day, so I brought it in to get checked out here…read moresince the last place that worked on my truck was Asian Imports Plus. Come to think of it, for the last 6+ years it's always been Asian Imports Plus that works on my truck except for a headlight bulb change at a buddy's shop in the Bay Area. Anyway, after about an hour, I got a call and I'm told that it turns out someone left an oil canister under the hood and whatever oil remaining in the canister is what made the mess under my truck. Totally unprofessional, but I'm not upset about that since it's more of a relief to me that it's not actually something that requires major attention and money. What does bother me though is that the last time I took my truck in was just for an oil change, but about one month later I come in for a little check up on a potential oil leak, but suddenly I'm told that there's a loooong list of maintenance and repairs that would total around $4500. I'm used to just being told what needs attention. Not upsells. This isn't typical of Asian Imports Plus. What I think the difference is from a month ago is: instead of seeing the usual guy up at the front, Erwin, there was a new guy. Long time customers that frequent Asian Imports Plus MUST know who I'm talkin about. You can't forget him. Hella cool filipino dude who is always there and on top of his work. Don't get me wrong new dude is cool and I have no problems with him at all. I'm sure he's just doing what he was trained to do. Both are very knowledgeable and helpful, and I'd totally shoot the breeze and have a beer or two with them. Just your typical laid back dudes, but I feel like Erwin was just more honest and told me what I really needed to have done which saved me money. Never not once during my 6+ years of going to Asian Imports Plus did I ever question what was being diagnosed and charged. This is the reason why I have been such a loyal customer to Asian Imports Plus in the first place. Honesty brings loyalty. Btw, I was told that Erwin "decided to leave," but I'm also told that he "got let go" from another source. Kind of suspicious. Possibly to bring in new blood that was trained to charge customers 3 times what the dealer charges plus labor. Yikes. I work too hard to get played. Just a fair warning to anyone looking to get some work done here. Another btw, I went to another shop in the same day for a second opinion and the diagnosis didn't completely match what was diagnosed earlier that morning. Asian Imports Plus actually overlooked TWO issues: my front brake pads need attention and also my driveshaft support bearing is worn down which I think is the most important thing on the list to be replaced. Both did agree on my power steering return line needing attention and also my CV boots are beginning to crack a little along with other maintenance like engine air filter and differential fluid. Asian Imports Plus diagnosis + bill: $4500 second opinion shop diagnosis + bill: $2100
