I'm glad I was on the bus to witness this. Telling him he needs to walk off the bus when kids are getting off the bus. This is no problem for the bus driver he was just never informed on this policy. Which I looked on their website it's not a policy. She continued to tell him how this is common since and would point to her head about 3 or 4 times. I feel sorry for the parents and children who have to attend this school. Seems to me everyone hates their job here. What kind of encouraging school is this?

I like that they focus on academics as well as therapeutic aspects. I am impressed how involved they seem with the students and offer speech, occupational therapies and much more. I just wish they were more centrally located as we live south of Houston; it's a 70 mile round trip daily for us! The tuition is about 27k, financial aid is available.

This year is a new principal, Ms. Cathy Jacobs is ridiculous! She offered me absolutely zero empathy or apology for any inconvenience to my circumstance. She simply repeated herself 3 times, as if I'm stupid or hard of hearing. I have enjoyed visiting with my children's teachers, peers, and most importantly my child at the end of the year holiday party. Apparently, there's a hard copy of a "News Letter" that I was suppose to receive and did NOT. I was suppose to get an email but got an email 2 day before the said event and the slots were full, when I sent 2 notes to the teacher 2 weeks prior to the event. My daughter said the teacher would email me and did not receive anything. This is not the first time that the lack of organization and communication has kept me from enjoying some time with my child. Oh and by the way, my email has not changed in 10 years! I am extremely dissatisfied with the principal her apparent lack of basic sense of humanity!
