They are all very friendly, very nice and what is most important: they take good care of the children. My son who just turned 4, was not interested at first to practice any writing. And then, all of sudden, when he felt ready, and with the help and encouragement of Ms Liz, he started being more serious about it, instead of scribble-scrubbling. My son has learnt to count in Spanish and sings songs in Spanish and says words in Spanish. Love how he learns fast! Ms Dyesha is also one of my favorite teachers! She is funny and engaging. Love to start my days with joking around with her when I drop my son off(when I am not in my usual rush)! I love when I go pick him up in the evening and I am always welcomed by the warmth of Ms Ebony, the Assistant Director! She is funny and friendly! They might be understaffed, but they are able to manage and take good care of the children. The tuition is paid at the 1st of the month and it includes breakfast/snack/drinks. They serve breakfast from 6am to 8am max. As they start splitting up kids into their assigned rooms around 8:30. They do provide a discount for siblings. And they also have before/after school pick up. When you register, if you sign few scary legal papers to waive any right for lawsuit im case of injury that is caught on camera blablabla, then you are given a username and password allowing you access to the classroom your child will be at, along with the common rooms (like after-school room and outside playground etc.) It is cute to check on kids during the day, if you have time. They also have a babies room where newborn and infants are taken care of. Never been there, but I know they have few babies in there, as I stumbled upon parents at drop off/pick up times.

When we started the search for day care and walked into TGTA, Ms. Toma instantly made us feel welcome and safe. She encouraged us to ask questions and visit as many other facilities to feel confident in our decision. Needless to say we knew from the start that TGTA was the right fit. Every morning our toddler runs up to her teachers and gives a big bear hug, which is a constant reminder to me of how much she enjoys her time here. I appreciate that she gets designated reading, music and art time. We find that her vocabulary, social skills and general curiosity are increasing by the day. For our infant, we receive daily reports for feeding, naps, diapers, etc which makes the transition from school to home that much easier. There is transparency with multiple webcams for parents, and flexible hours for drop-off and pick-up. The teachers and staff truly care about our kids, and we consider ourselves so fortunate to be part of the TGTA family.

Absolutely deplorable service. The placement manager, Jenna Townsend, personally recommended a…read morenanny to watch my three kids after my wife unexpectedly passed away. I was in a difficult spot and really looked to them to help me during this time. My oldest kids took videos of this nanny berating them and I witnessed the nanny leaving my youngest child (4 years old) unattended for long stretches of time (hours). When I confronted the agency about the poor placement and asked for them to fix it, they refused. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY and would avoid using the agency at all costs. Update: The response from the agency below is disingenuous. If they actually cared they would rectify the situation. Your nanny verbally abused my children and created an unsafe environment... of course I'm going to be upset when I call you and you refuse to help. This is a personal service you provide and your response shows a complete lack of empathy and understanding... you are treating it the same way I would expect an airline. Terrible agency and people.

My family finally found love that my son needed. My son started daycare about 2 months ago at age of 20 months for the first time. The first daycare we put him at was expensive but very well advertised with strong curriculum and cameras and that is why we chose it. But he was crying very hard way for all 3 weeks he's been there and running away from everyone (seen on cameras). Also we did not see the curriculum advertised happening. Because of that we decided to switch the daycare. The second daycare was much nicer and even more expensive but we wanted cameras again (for grandparents to watch). There my son did not cry, was adjusting well but..on one day teacher to our big sadness roughly mishandled him after he was 2 weeks out with cold (seen on cameras). We decided to take him out immediately. Alexander's Academy is the third daycare we are really hoping my son to stay for long time. This daycare does not have cameras, I am also not aware of their curriculum but ...What is more important that our son is much loved and is developing already faster than ever. He comes home from daycare in a good mood and does not cry. It also warms my heart to know we will not be broke after paying the tuition: tuition is great for us :) All people including the director Ms. Samantha, Ms. Paloma and son's teacher Ms. JoJo were extremely helpful and understanding of what my son was/is going through. There are no words to express how grateful we feel and how much it means to us to receive all the help from you guys! The biggest thanks goes to the teacher Ms. JoJo who has very kind heart and my son loves Ms. JoJo, he is not running away from her or crying before/after. From my first contact with Alexanders Academy (with Paloma) I felt so welcome and knew that this would be a good fit for us. It's been two years and we still are super happy with this school. Our kiddo has fun, is learning tons, and each of the staff know his name. I feel like he is well cared for and safe all day. Like most kids sometimes he says "I don't wanna go" but as soon as we get there off he runs to play with his friends.
