The owner Ali and his wife Sakina Rizvi are RACIST ! They look down on kids. -Brianna Barnett snatching up kids ! -Food sitting out overnight -Milk being left out from breakfast all the way until supper time (time temperature control so that means the milk being spoiled and warm after breakfast, lunch, and supper) -Ali (owner)smoking his vape in the office -Ali and Sakina(owner and director ) making racist remarks about staff and children -Ali and Sakina yelling and screaming at each other in the kitchen and in the office in front of the staff -Leaving teachers out of ratio in the make believe room from 5:00-6:30 -Forcing teachers to work off the clock My child ( One years old btw) was grabbed and snatched up by Brianna Barnett but she goes by "Alex" the owner was informed about it and did nothing but say "woah good looking out " they hire people just to fill a classroom ! They don't properly train their teachers . The lunch teacher Erum Haseeb yells at kids . And complain saying "they cry too much " she sits and watches kids 1 years old just cry and don't try to comfort them at all . She lies because she is the same ethnicity as the owner as well . The owner wife and kids go to the daycare as well and when something happens to other kids they don't care but if something happens to their kids they going off. My kids were only here from April -August and within that time frame they have lost ALL their staff due to them quitting ! I will be an advocate for the kids that are still attending this location ! Poor babies can't talk for themselves and being treated like terribly ! It's incident reports everyday ! One day my older boys didn't go to the daycare only my youngest went that day . When I came ti get my youngest the owner "oh your older boys are outside in the learning bus " I looked at him like my boys didn't even come today . Which lets you know he doesn't pay attention to the amount of kids are in his establishment let alone knowing what kids are there . I went to this daycare due to my kids daycare closing down and it's been the WORST experience ever ! I'm so glad they are away from this daycare ! BEWARE : the daycare looks super nice ! That will get you ! The curriculum and everything , but the management and staff are HORRIBLE ! Your kids will not be treated with love and care. everyone working there is just there to collect a check and the owners just hire to have a body in a room to get more kids . If you notice all these 5 STAR comments are from their friends .

It didn't take long for a little child to come up and put the rope around her neck. It took the teachers longer than what I was comfortable with to tell the child to stop - I actually had to intervene before the teachers got there. Other things I saw: a baby eating a Froot Loop off the floor, the battery cover to a baby swing dangling off (batteries exposed), a napper in a crib (which is a suffocation hazard - not sure if it was there for storage or if they use it like that on babies). Teachers and babies were in this classroom - it wasn't an empty room. I also didn't see toys for the children to play with. It was just babies sitting in a room with some adults. I also saw: dirty/dingy carpets that the older kids play on, the sides of the rubber tiles in the splash pad rolled up due to being exposed to the elements (tripping hazard), and the tour guide telling me sometimes they mix up the baby bottles - they try not to but it happens (dangerous for babies with allergies or for sick babies). The menu also looked lack-luster. I would have expected healthier options from a Montessori, but I'm new to all this so who knows. On the plus side, the kids seemed happy and the staff seemed nice, albeit lax on safety. The price is good. The older kids' classrooms had more to them in terms of stimulation and activity.

Simply stated, we HIGHLY recommend JOY. Ms. Cher, Mr. Mel, and the caring staff have created a special environment for children. As a parent, your primary consideration is safety, and that was something we never worried about. But the thing we'll remember most about JOY is the smile on the kids' faces everyday as we picked them up, and the noticeable growth in their little souls. The 5-yo has learned about friendship, working with others, and has even learned to read at JOY. I'm biased to think she's a bit ahead of the curve, but it's amazing how many of the kids at JOY are that way. It's not enough for the people at JOY to just look after these kids, they are driven to see them grow. That's what makes this place special. For parents out there in the Jersey Village / Cyfair area, I can't be more confident in saying that at JOY your child will be cared for, helped, and loved.

His teacher is so well loved by the kids - how she copes with them all is beyond me. Meals are cooked on the premises and it's always healthy, no junk food here. Kids also don't get candy/sweets for treats - so that is also a plus. Large area outside with very tall fencing and everything also watched by video camera - with of course teachers always present. Splash day once a week during summer which the kids love and Friday afternoon is movie time and also the only day they can take one toy to school. Owners are excellent and always on site and always available if you need to chat with them. So all in all an excellent place - very safe and also very good teaching for your kids.

I'm writing this review while honestly debating whether this place even deserves one star…read more(unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option). My daughter attended this daycare for only one month, but that single month was emotionally exhausting and heartbreaking not only for her, but for us as parents as well. During our initial tour, we were very open, honest, and friendly. We explained clearly that our daughter had never been in daycare before and had only ever been cared for by me and my husband. As first-time parents, we were very firm about our expectations when it came to her safety, well-being, and happiness. We trusted that our concerns were reasonable and that our daughter would be cared for with patience and compassion. At first, things seemed okay. But as time went on, it became painfully clear that our daughter was being neglected. I understand that there are many babies in the classroom, but if caring for 8-10 infants is too much for the staff, then more teachers should be added. I constantly had to call to ask them to put my daughter in her crib because she was being left sleeping in the activity center. That should never have been something a parent has to remind caregivers to do. My daughter was hurt multiple times by other babies, and most of the time the teachers simply sat there and watched it happen even when it was occurring right in front of us during pickup. I completely understand that babies don't have bad intentions, but what I don't understand is why a mother has to call and beg staff to intervene while her child is being grabbed, pushed, or pulled until she ends up hitting her head on the floor. Why should any parent feel the need to constantly watch the cameras just to make sure their child is SAFE? Every time I called to express concern, I could hear the frustration in their voices. You could also see it on their faces especially from the front desk staff and caregivers when they were told I was calling again. One of the most disappointing parts is that the same person who gave us such a reassuring tour was visibly frustrated with us later on. Even knowing they were being watched on camera (muted or not), their facial expressions and body language said everything. We were paying for our baby to be cared for, not simply watched while she got hurt. Babies being babies should never be used as an excuse to not step in. My concerns and requests were completely normal for a mother who loves and wants to protect her child. Our daughter deserves the same level of care, attention, and protection as any other baby in that room. What hurt the most is that no teacher here truly seemed to care for our daughter. They were rough with her. When she cried, they would shove a pacifier into her mouth instead of comforting her. They acted caring and attentive during drop-off and pickup, but watching the live cameras told a very different story. Seeing our baby treated this way was heartbreaking and traumatizing, especially for first-time parents who already struggle with the guilt of leaving their child in someone else's care. Every day after work, I drove like a maniac just to get to her as fast as I could because I felt like I needed to save her. I was always polite, respectful, and understanding. Yes, I called often. Yes, I asked questions. But that's because we love our daughter. I know I'm not the only parent who feels this way. I even made sure to send small gifts here and there as thank-yous whenever I could. Despite all of that, we were let down by everyone at this location. We truly hoped this daycare would work out for our family, but it didn't. Bringing our daughter here caused nothing but stress, fear, and emotional trauma for all of us. Her safety, happiness, and well-being are not negotiable. Taking her out of this daycare was the best decision we could have made as parents. Our daughter is now at a new daycare, and on her very first day she didn't cry once. Every photo showed her smiling, happy, and comfortable. The teachers treat her with genuine care and patience not just doing the bare minimum. The difference is night and day, and that alone speaks volumes. I'm sharing this not out of anger, but out of honesty. I truly hope this review encourages this location to reflect, improve staffing, and treat every baby with the care, love, and protection they deserve because these are defenseless children who rely entirely on the adults around them.

But Primrose crossroads cleans and sanitizes every night and has frequent deep cleans and germ measurements, so I do feel like our son was sick less often than children at other schools. This was our #1 by far. - Structure with flexibility. We knew every day what our child would be working on in class. And got pictures! The activities that they did were so fun for the kids and it was very evident to see where your supply fee goes. They also offer part time programs and were very accommodating when things came up and he needed to come on a different day than his "normal" - The menu. This may be usual for most parents, but our son ate food at daycare, he will not eat at home! So we loved that he was getting great nutrition while he was there. Our son went to Primrose crossroads for 8 months before we had twins and hired a nanny, which worked better for us in the short term financially. During our son's time at the daycare, we had nothing but positive experiences. The teachers & entire team are so fantastic (special shout out to Ms Mack, Jamie, Dani and Ms. Griffin!) They are all very genuine and truly seem to love working with the kids. Our son made huge progress in his learning and development during his time there, so to me, this speaks highly not only of the curriculum, but the quality of teachers as well. Primrose isn't the cheapest tuition, but because of the areas they were above average, we felt like their prices were well worth it for where our child spent so much time. It was the right choice for us!

They take safety, both covid safety and regular safety, very seriously. My child loves coming here and has flourished under his teachers' care. This is a very happy school with such positive energy.
