Wow. I had a relieving and pockets stapled down. Got the bill and it had 10% sales tax on $300. Assumed an error since this wasn't a sale, no tax. Brought this to Tiffany's attention and was told that since I didn't pay in cash , they charge sales tax. I reminded her that that's illegal according to Seattle because this wasn't a sale. Long silence. Tiffany had a much nastier tone and said fine. $300 it is. I told them I just moved. I don't know if they're pulling this scam where they think they can , or seeing how far they can go with it but yeah. That just happened. The audacity of you being rude to me for calling out your scam adds a whole other level. No pun intended. Ps I was never told there was a cash discount. The random pieces of wood they used to level the table, rather than using the levers on the legs was certainly not worth the price either. read more

I was looking for a set of darts and was given the name this place to go to. I went and bought a set of soft tips. I found out that week that my team was steel tip. I didn't have my receipt. I called and told them I didn't have my receipt, but needed to exchange my set of darts. I went in, no questions asked, and exchanged my soft tips for a set of steel tips. Very nice owner. read more

We have purchased pool tables twice from them and absolutely, positively recommend them. The first we purchased new, and it was EXACTLY what we wanted and ordered. Delivery and install perfect. We moved and finally made room for a table in our new house, and were able to purchase a used one that came in. With new felt and expert delivery, it looks amazing! read more

I recently purchased a used pool table from ABC Billards and the service and experience was exceptional from start to finish! They answered all my questions promptly and their knowledge of all things pool tables, balls, cloth, etc., was outstanding. When they delivered, reassembled and set up my table they were very precise and meticulous during each step of the process! They are a top-notch small family business and I am now a lifetime client. read more

I've moved my table twice with ABC Billiards and they're reliable and moved my table with care, both on disassembly and reassembly. I don't think there is any other company that really does this as part of their core business (the other part being the actual selling of pool/billiard tables). Despite the higher prices, they have set up my table to ensure that it was as level as possible in the new location. Will continue to use and recommend them as the only game in town for pool table moving in the Greater Seattle area. read more

These guys were great... They took the pool table completely apart, transported it to our house and reassembled it. They meticulously reassembled it... The leveling process was down to the thickness of a playing card to get correct. We will totally use them in the future. read more

Small little place that sells darts and pool tables. The guy that runs it is friendly and helpful. Good selection of darts to choose from. This is a good example of what a small business should be that is mostly vacant in America these days. read more

Bought a billiards table with balls and cues from ABC Billiards. We were first time buyers and didn't know much about tables. Gy helped us and answered all our questions. Prior, we had gone to another billiards store but decided to get a table from ABC Billiards because Gy was very professional and knowledgeable. Unlike at the other place, he was straightforward with prices and information. After the purchase, ABC was professional in Emailing us the information on when our table would be ready and the set-up for the table was efficient. They had forgotten to include two small cues we had ordered with the table, but we got it from UPS in a couple of days (with extra cues included). Overall, the process was very smooth and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for billiards table or equipment. read more

I have had my billiard table moved several times and called ABC Billiards because of their Yelp ratings. After using them to assemble my table, I would not use them again nor recommend them for a reinstall. Before this assembly, I'd received compliments from other installers on how well-kept my felt was even after two moves. Other companies were very careful to reuse the same assembly holes in the felt to enable maintenance. The ABC installers used no such caution. Unfortunately, after this assembly and their technique for reinstalling felts, I doubt I'll be able to move and reuse the table felt again (see picture). I remember being concerned as it was the first time I'd seen an installer use scissors to trim the excess. Now I see that my concern was warranted. read more

They were incredible! Easy to schedule, professional and knowledgeable staff, and very fast. Their prices are incredibly fair as well. I recommend ABC Billiards to anyone looking to buy or move a pool table. read more

These guys were great, I had just purchased a pool table and needed both a move as well as a re-felt. The cushions also needed to be replaced. I got a great deal on the table and knew with a little TLC it could be perfect. The crew showed up right on time, giving me a call 45 mintues before they'd arrive, took apart the table in about 30 minutes, taking their time to do it right, and were very respectful of both the table and the home they were in. Once loaded we drove back to my place, they removed the table and began work on the install. They helped me best position the table in the room and centered it. It took them about 2 hours to install the table, level and do the refelt. They then took the rails back to the shop to be recushioned. The next day they again showed up exactly on time with a phone call to let me know. The rails arrived and they got them installed in about 30 minutes. Once they left I had noticed a very very slight point where the felt needed to be tightened, and sure enough, had someone out that very same day to get it fixed. I could not have had a better experience, and my table looks and plays PERFECTLY. Thanks a bunch ABC! Glad I hired the right guys for the job. read more

I recently purchased an Olhausen pool table from ABC Billiards and had a great experience! Gy was very helpful; he has a lot of knowledge, great customer service, and replies quickly! Lee and Taylor came for the delivery and they too were very helpful and knowledgeable. Not to mention they arrived right on the dot at 10AM (appointment time). There's a reason why they've been in business for 40+ years, come here for your game room or pool table needs, I highly recommend them! read more

ABC Billards is where I purchased my pool table 10 years ago. They have re-carpeted or re-covered the pool table fabric 4 times in that time. The are the best in the area. ( I use the faster playing fabric ) Great customer service, fast turn around and a fun place to shop for billiard supplies. I would highly recommend them for anything in that realm! read more

I am so very impressed with this family owned and operated business. The breakdown and move of my new/used table went really well. One of the owners showed up after the table was moved to my place. This 74-year-old man had more knowledge about pool tables than anybody I've ever spoken to. It was an absolute pleasure watching him set up, level and re-felt my pool table. We talked for nearly 2 hours while he was working harder than many 20 and 30-year-olds I know. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none. Absolutely five star worthy. read more

I have been a customer of ABC billiards for a few months and have nothing but great things to say. Guy whom is the sales manager is very reasonable in his pricing and wants nothing more then his customers to be happy. I've purchased my Schon CX90, Cuetec Jump/Break cue and case from him. Awesome equipment to accompany great service. read more

The selection is pretty good, they are always bringing new things in. Staff is friendly and encourage you to try out the cues you want to buy. They are also happy to order in special cues if you require them. They also have a pretty good selection of tables, but since I'm not in the market for one of those, I can't really comment. I think the prices are pretty good, and nothing beats instant gratification! :-) Thanks Guy! read more

Would recommend ABC Billiards to anyone who is looking to move a table. I had recently purchased a three piece slate table from a guy online. Called ABC and Guy was the one who answered. He was able to fit me in on their busy schedule. Pick up and delivery day came and the guys were running early. Unfortunately I wasn't able to meet earlier. But I met Brent and Mike there and they were already at work disassembling the table. Great guys and easy to work with. They delivered the table same day and made the install process flawless. These guys are great all around and will work with them in the future. Thanks ABC!!!! read more

Purchased new table from gy who was extremely nice and helpful. Ordered for xmas present and was delivered and set up on time. Installers were awesome fast and efficient. I needed to have our pool table resurfaced with Simonis cloth and have new cushions installed. Two guys from ABC came out and took a good part of the day to install the cloth and the cushions and re-level the table. After playing on it for a couple of days ball seem to be drifting a bit in some areas of the table so I contacted ABC to come back and make adjustments. Couple of days later, the owner of the store and an assistant showed up. The owner determined that the job is not done as well as it should have been and they removed the cloth, readjusted some of the slate, and re-leveled the table. They reinstalled the cloth, eliminating a little section that may not have been fully stretched when it was first installed. The owner told me to call back if there was any further issue with the installation, but the table plays perfectly. Always good to have somebody stand by their work and I highly recommend these folks read more

Buy all my dart supplies there and they set up my pool table. Did an amazing job thank you

This family owned business is top rate. Gy, the sales manager, was extremely helpful and kind. He found us the perfect table and matching corner stand. I recently bought a new Olhausen pool table from Gy at ABC Billiards. His father, Lee started doing this work over forty years ago and is still involved in daily operations. It has been an absolute pleasure doing business with the two of them, every step of the way. I dealt mostly with Gy and found him to be very knowledgeable and straight forward. I communicated with him by both phone and email and every call and email was responded to very promptly and thoroughly. They did exactly what they said they would do, on the exact day and at the exact time they promised to do it. In addition, Gy included some accessory equipment that was of even greater quality than that which would normally have come with the table. To top that all off, their prices were excellent. Even though I am a four hour round trip drive away, the installation cost was included with the table and both Gy and Lee made it clear that if anything (and they mean anything) was not to my liking, they would come back to correct it. The world would sure be a better place if everyone did business this way. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My son was in the market for a pool table and wanted to get a used one from a private party and hire a service to move and install it. After doing research we found that ABC Billiards had the best cost not only for the purchase of a used table, but delivery and setup and a few accessories included. They even changed the color of the felt for him. They arrived when they said they would and the installers were great. 3/4 way through the install a gentlemen arrived which I assumed was the owner. He was very knowledgeable and when the installers were having issues with the washers and screws, he knew exactly how to fix it. Very creative and it worked. I know more about pool tables than I ever thought I would. I would recommend this place to anyone in the market for a pool table and or accessories. They are the Nordstrom's of the Billiard world! I was very impressed. read more

I would absolutely recommend ABC Billiard when looking to purchase and/or move an existing table. They were prompt, professional and extremely easy to work with. Starting with Gy, he was very responsive and filled with knowledge! He address each of the questions (and I had many) regarding the tables. The scheduling and purchasing of the tables were extremely easy! The movers/installers did an amazing job, they worked extremely hard to take down 6 tables, move and set them back up. Then the crew had to come back and set up the 5 new tables we purchased! Brent and the crew were great! Lee even dropped by a couple of times to ensure everything went as smooth as can be! I really appreciate the service provided by ABC Billiards! We will definitely be contacting them if we have any issues or need to move our tables in the future! Thanks for all your hard work, your team is the best and everyone is enjoying the tables! read more
