Wow. I had a relieving and pockets stapled down. Got the bill and it had 10% sales tax on $300. Assumed an error since this wasn't a sale, no tax. Brought this to Tiffany's attention and was told that since I didn't pay in cash , they charge sales tax. I reminded her that that's illegal according to Seattle because this wasn't a sale. Long silence. Tiffany had a much nastier tone and said fine. $300 it is. I told them I just moved. I don't know if they're pulling this scam where they think they can , or seeing how far they can go with it but yeah. That just happened. The audacity of you being rude to me for calling out your scam adds a whole other level. No pun intended. Ps I was never told there was a cash discount. The random pieces of wood they used to level the table, rather than using the levers on the legs was certainly not worth the price either. read more

Bought a billiards table with balls and cues from ABC Billiards. We were first time buyers and didn't know much about tables. Gy helped us and answered all our questions. Prior, we had gone to another billiards store but decided to get a table from ABC Billiards because Gy was very professional and knowledgeable. Unlike at the other place, he was straightforward with prices and information. After the purchase, ABC was professional in Emailing us the information on when our table would be ready and the set-up for the table was efficient. They had forgotten to include two small cues we had ordered with the table, but we got it from UPS in a couple of days (with extra cues included). I have had my billiard table moved several times and called ABC Billiards because of their Yelp ratings. After using them to assemble my table, I would not use them again nor recommend them for a reinstall. Before this assembly, I'd received compliments from other installers on how well-kept my felt was even after two moves. Other companies were very careful to reuse the same assembly holes in the felt to enable maintenance. The ABC installers used no such caution. Unfortunately, after this assembly and their technique for reinstalling felts, I doubt I'll be able to move and reuse the table felt again (see picture). I remember being concerned as it was the first time I'd seen an installer use scissors to trim the excess. Now I see that my concern was warranted. read more

These guys were great, I had just purchased a pool table and needed both a move as well as a re-felt. The cushions also needed to be replaced. I got a great deal on the table and knew with a little TLC it could be perfect. The crew showed up right on time, giving me a call 45 mintues before they'd arrive, took apart the table in about 30 minutes, taking their time to do it right, and were very respectful of both the table and the home they were in. Once loaded we drove back to my place, they removed the table and began work on the install. They helped me best position the table in the room and centered it. It took them about 2 hours to install the table, level and do the refelt. They then took the rails back to the shop to be recushioned. The next day they again showed up exactly on time with a phone call to let me know. The rails arrived and they got them installed in about 30 minutes. Once they left I had noticed a very very slight point where the felt needed to be tightened, and sure enough, had someone out that very same day to get it fixed. I could not have had a better experience, and my table looks and plays PERFECTLY. Thanks a bunch ABC! Glad I hired the right guys for the job. read more

I needed to have our pool table resurfaced with Simonis cloth and have new cushions installed. Two guys from ABC came out and took a good part of the day to install the cloth and the cushions and re-level the table. After playing on it for a couple of days ball seem to be drifting a bit in some areas of the table so I contacted ABC to come back and make adjustments. Couple of days later, the owner of the store and an assistant showed up. The owner determined that the job is not done as well as it should have been and they removed the cloth, readjusted some of the slate, and re-leveled the table. They reinstalled the cloth, eliminating a little section that may not have been fully stretched when it was first installed. The owner told me to call back if there was any further issue with the installation, but the table plays perfectly. I recently bought a new Olhausen pool table from Gy at ABC Billiards. His father, Lee started doing this work over forty years ago and is still involved in daily operations. It has been an absolute pleasure doing business with the two of them, every step of the way. I dealt mostly with Gy and found him to be very knowledgeable and straight forward. I communicated with him by both phone and email and every call and email was responded to very promptly and thoroughly. They did exactly what they said they would do, on the exact day and at the exact time they promised to do it. In addition, Gy included some accessory equipment that was of even greater quality than that which would normally have come with the table. To top that all off, their prices were excellent. Even though I am a four hour round trip drive away, the installation cost was included with the table and both Gy and Lee made it clear that if anything (and they mean anything) was not to my liking, they would come back to correct it. After doing research we found that ABC Billiards had the best cost not only for the purchase of a used table, but delivery and setup and a few accessories included. They even changed the color of the felt for him. They arrived when they said they would and the installers were great. 3/4 way through the install a gentlemen arrived which I assumed was the owner. He was very knowledgeable and when the installers were having issues with the washers and screws, he knew exactly how to fix it. Very creative and it worked. I know more about pool tables than I ever thought I would. I would recommend this place to anyone in the market for a pool table and or accessories. They are the Nordstrom's of the Billiard world!
