Getting the vehicle repaired is nearly impossible unless you're prepared to waste hours sitting at the dealership. They claim they can only offer a rental once they diagnose the issue. That's convenient. How many visits do you need to diagnose the same issue? I work full-time and have a small child to care for -- I cannot keep returning again and again for the SAME issue, and I don't have the option of going without transportation. There is no way this car ever passed a true "certified pre-owned" inspection. They sold me a vehicle with obvious, ongoing issues -- and when I asked them to buy it back, they said they would, but only if I agreed to roll over $3,600 in negative equity. In other words, I get punished for their dishonesty. And the kicker? A manager actually tried to persuade me to remove my last 1-star review in exchange for a free oil change. How about FIXING MY CAR instead of bribing customers to stay quiet? I'll make sure everyone I know hears about my experience and why they should avoid this place.
