I desired some alterations to some business clothing and upon meeting Morella attempted to explain my request. Morella was barely attentive, bordering on dismissive, and engaged with the charisma of a used tire. The adjustments were completed at a price that seemed steep, but I'll admit that might be my subjective reflection based on her pretentious air and her inexplicable nonchalance. Truth be told, even her employees seemed a bit timid and Stepfordesque when she swept out from behind the curtain. Solidifying my conclusion that Morella is just out of touch, I experienced the same dismissiveness when I returned to pick up my items. Obviously, I won't be returning.

There are alternatives for alterations in this area. Stay away from this business. She is extremely unfriendly. I give the business one star though that may be overrating the experience.

We trust every items to Ms. Arlene's skill. Recently, we took a Ralph Lauren Purple Label suit to Ms. Arlene. We assumed the jacket was a loss since there was a small, but obvious hole in the back. Miraculously, she was able to take fabric from the sides and bring the back in enough to cut out the hole. I was truly amazed at the work and how affordable the alterations were. We could go on and on about her work but I have suggested Ms. Arlene to many friends and that speaks volumes. Be patient, good work isn't fast and fast work is cheap. The only issue is the location of her shop on Newcastle Street. If you're not looking you'll pass right by. Parking is ample on the side of the building if you can not fit at the front.

I dropped off a black pinstripe suit and a blue suit and only received the blue suit and the jacket from my pinstripe suit. The workers took my name down and told me they would find it and call me. They never called.. I showed up multiple times and they told me the owner was going to look for it and if he couldn't find it I would get reimbursed. That never happened. I graduated left the state.. I call them often and I have never got a response. This business lost my suit pants which was one half of a 600 dollar suit I could never wear again. Do not take your clothes here. Horrible experience. I ya e hear of others as well. Go somewhere else.
