Do not get caught up in the initial free seminars. They give a really good introduction to sell…read moreyou to come to their conference. I sacrificed the money for three days of long hours of speaking about success stories and inspirational videos to market their coaching plans ranging from $15k -$40K. I received a call a week later from their team for feedback about the conference. As I was explaining how disappointed I was, because I expected more the call miraculously disconnected.

STOP!!! You can only sue RE Mentor in Massachusetts.  Here's why.  They write it in the fine print…read moreof their contract.  You are just another number to RE Mentor. New Fact 1: I have not attended the Ultimate Partnering events that's upcoming in October/November of 2024; however, RE Mentor made it clear that I will not receive a refund for that event...although I have not, cannot, and will not attend.  It is only June 2024 right now.  What is the legal reason for that decision? Additionally, their educational material provides 85% information for Single-Family residents. However, they promote Multi-Family residential investment strategies. The information should not be provided as interchangeable, but RE Mentor provides it as such. Also, without a refund. New Fact 2: Some of RE Mentor's own sales-pitchers and money collectors have quit or been fired the moment they (hired followers) realized that RE Mentor scams their students. Those investors had to lose millions of dollars to believe it for themselves.  60% of those employed individuals who collected money at the First Training Session, Multi-Family Millions Bootcamp, and Immersion events for RE Mentor are confirmed to have separated from the business after a few classes where they made upwards of $500K from signing up students. New Fact 3: RE Mentor does not have enough coaches/mentors, at the acclaimed caliber of experience, to support all the students that sign up for the coaching/mentor program.  This causes students to wander aimlessly and deals to pass as students awaited approval to proceed to the next step in the process. New Fact 4: After my reviews on BBB and Trustpilot, the owner has reached out.  Dave Lindahl was Cc'ed in my email correspondence, before I began to post my experiences.  He said nothing, then.  Even now, Dave Lindahl is only sending me testimonials.  However, it's insulting to throw antient success stories in the faces of people you purposely fail to service.  Opinion: I can guarantee the credit, in those testimonials, does NOT belong to RE Mentor, their coaches, nor anyone else on the RE Mentor team. Fact 5: I am not the only one with this negative story.  Many of the people who were victimized by RE Mentor are either fighting to return from homelessness (living in their cars) due to the debt caused by this company; too afraid to spend too much more money on an attorney; too busy trying to earn their money back from back-breaking overtime at their day jobs; foolishly trusting RE Mentor with more money (and no results); or simply too tired to fight.  These reasons are the reason RE Mentor targets hard working people with a wealth-building plan.  This scam is strategic and weeds out people who cannot get the money; making them feel weak, incompetent, and/or inadequate. Fact 6: RE Mentor's victims are in California, Washington, Texas, Maryland, North Carolina, Tennessee, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, various other states, and just as many international countries.  Yet, their contract says they can only be sued in Massachusetts.  They don't appear to have any students in Massachusetts.  That's convenient!  Or strategic. From my experience, RE Mentor convinces their students that this type of investment can be successful from anywhere in the world.  I agree that investing can be done from anywhere...as long as the coaching and support is present, honest, and as diligent as the student(s). I don't regret my choice to inform the public of this disgrace.  I would hope others who experienced this type of neglect and abuse from a business would warn strangers of their unsatisfactory and unjust experience.  I wish I had been warned. Here is some more truth for you: You are of no interest to RE Mentor unless you have a way to get money to them.  After you get them the money or walk away (without giving them money), you are nobody to them. BBB rating: D- or F+.  I'll check it tomorrow. Lesson: Don't drink the Kool-Aid.  It's financially fatal.

If you're an engineer type like me, he'll give you a spreadsheet market analysis, if you are are more mood and feel, he will speak to that. 5) Great negotiator 6) Super punctual and responsive, we pulled off a 30-day closing window which wouldn't have been possible w/o Rich's professionalism I could go on. So glad we found him.

He was very thorough when looking at houses with us and pointed out things to look out for that we would have otherwise missed. He worked diligently on our behalf from the time we hired him as our agent through closing. In that time we saw quite a few houses and made several offers, but not once did we ever feel pressured by Rich - he very much works for his clients and is not at all pushy, which we sincerely appreciated! I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home in Greater Boston!

Because of his thorough evaluation, I ended up passing on a property that would have needed a lot of work, this was all revealed during his inspection. His explanations are clear, concise, and easily understood. He's quick to apply his knowledge of home construction to the job at hand, which is to inform the buyer of the condition of the house being considered for purchase. No time is wasted. Questions are answered in detail. Following Kensa's home inspection, my real estate agent and I used Kensa's website to examine Ken's report together. After a long discussion, my agent was able to use Kensa's website tools to share with the seller's agent those portions of the inspection report labelled Deficient. The home inspection results served as evidence that some of the repairs any buyer of this house faces are serious and potentially expensive. Other recommended repairs are less expensive, but I'm convinced now that my original offer was too high. Consequently, I lowered my offer and feel that I had good reason to do so.
