STOP!!! You can only sue RE Mentor in Massachusetts. Â Here's why. Â They write it in the fine print of their contract. Â You are just another number to RE Mentor.
New Fact 1: I have not attended the Ultimate Partnering events that's upcoming in October/November of 2024; however, RE Mentor made it clear that I will not receive a refund for that event...although I have not, cannot, and will not attend. Â It is only June 2024 right now. Â What is the legal reason for that decision? Additionally, their educational material provides 85% information for Single-Family residents. However, they promote Multi-Family residential investment strategies. The information should not be provided as interchangeable, but RE Mentor provides it as such. Also, without a refund.
New Fact 2: Some of RE Mentor's own sales-pitchers and money collectors have quit or been fired the moment they (hired followers) realized that RE Mentor scams their students. Those investors had to lose millions of dollars to believe it for themselves. Â 60% of those employed individuals who collected money at the First Training Session, Multi-Family Millions Bootcamp, and Immersion events for RE Mentor are confirmed to have separated from the business after a few classes where they made upwards of $500K from signing up students.
New Fact 3: RE Mentor does not have enough coaches/mentors, at the acclaimed caliber of experience, to support all the students that sign up for the coaching/mentor program. Â This causes students to wander aimlessly and deals to pass as students awaited approval to proceed to the next step in the process.
New Fact 4: After my reviews on BBB and Trustpilot, the owner has reached out. Â Dave Lindahl was Cc'ed in my email correspondence, before I began to post my experiences. Â He said nothing, then. Â Even now, Dave Lindahl is only sending me testimonials. Â However, it's insulting to throw antient success stories in the faces of people you purposely fail to service. Â Opinion: I can guarantee the credit, in those testimonials, does NOT belong to RE Mentor, their coaches, nor anyone else on the RE Mentor team.
Fact 5: I am not the only one with this negative story. Â Many of the people who were victimized by RE Mentor are either fighting to return from homelessness (living in their cars) due to the debt caused by this company; too afraid to spend too much more money on an attorney; too busy trying to earn their money back from back-breaking overtime at their day jobs; foolishly trusting RE Mentor with more money (and no results); or simply too tired to fight. Â These reasons are the reason RE Mentor targets hard working people with a wealth-building plan. Â This scam is strategic and weeds out people who cannot get the money; making them feel weak, incompetent, and/or inadequate.
Fact 6: RE Mentor's victims are in California, Washington, Texas, Maryland, North Carolina, Tennessee, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, various other states, and just as many international countries. Â Yet, their contract says they can only be sued in Massachusetts. Â They don't appear to have any students in Massachusetts. Â That's convenient! Â Or strategic.
From my experience, RE Mentor convinces their students that this type of investment can be successful from anywhere in the world. Â I agree that investing can be done from anywhere...as long as the coaching and support is present, honest, and as diligent as the student(s).
I don't regret my choice to inform the public of this disgrace. Â I would hope others who experienced this type of neglect and abuse from a business would warn strangers of their unsatisfactory and unjust experience. Â I wish I had been warned.
Here is some more truth for you: You are of no interest to RE Mentor unless you have a way to get money to them. Â After you get them the money or walk away (without giving them money), you are nobody to them.
BBB rating: D- or F+. Â I'll check it tomorrow.
Lesson: Don't drink the Kool-Aid. Â It's financially fatal. read more
