I have had the privilege of working with him for the last two years in a row. One instance being the most exciting time in ones life, and the second, probably the lowest. I was a first time home buyer the first go-around and I didn't really have a solid education in real estate. After reaching out to a few realtors, with no return call, Chris was the one agent who returned my call immediately when inquiring about a property. He was genuinely interested in my and my goals and what criteria I was interested in. I being overwhelmed, didn't know where to begin. He invited me to his office to get acquainted and to go over the basics of what I would need to know. I was so touched by his kindness and patience and his time to sit with me and go over the whole process and what it entailed and a great packet of information to take with me to reflect back on. I was hesitant about purchasing because of fear and some other circumstances at the time but at no time did I feel that I wasted Chris's time as he truly wanted to be a partner and guide me through this journey. We kept in touch over a few months until I was ready to pull the trigger. Then the search began! It was as if Chris could read my mind and was so intuitive. He would send me things he thought I would like, and If I saw something I liked he was RIGHT ON IT and immediately set up an appointments. He was always knowledgeable about all the areas I was looking at and every single pro and con of each property. I knew I could completely trust him as his actions matched his words. We looked at dozens and dozens of places and he'd meet me anywhere anytime his schedule permitted, some places with just a moments notice.. I thought how did I get so lucky? Does everyone have this experience? He was so patient through what can be a roller coaster of emotions. He deserves some sort of medal after dealing with my neuroses day after day, weekend after weekend, house after house.. He always had a funny joke to lighten the mood to my self-induced stress. He was a mentor, a therapist, a teacher and a friend! He went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Finally we had found the house! He walked me through everything step of the process ahead and was there at any time day or night to answer a text or an email. He knew what little things mattered in the house I picked and that speaks volumes. He's given me so many wonderful referrals for anything I needed i.e. plumber, landscaper, electrician, All who have been godsends! I was so happy I had finally found a home to start my new life with my new fiancé.. I cant praise him enough to everyone I meet needing a realtor. So, time passed and life changed and I found myself in the same spot a year later looking for a place to purchase. In my darkest hour, I found light by knowing I had Chris to call to help me again with this next chapter. I called him and immediately he offered to meet me whenever and wherever was convenient for me. He was first and foremost a friend to me. I really needed advice on what my next steps were and what made most sense at this stage of my life. Again, he was a mentor to me and a teacher and agreed to get on the roller coaster with me again. He has been my saving grace during this stressful and difficult time. I trust him implicitly and he has been a true friend and partner through this process. His patience are that of a saint!!! He really has your back as a client and will always put your needs before his own. If he doesn't feel comfortable about anything you are looking at he will tell you and never lead you down the wrong path. I am blessed to have found him and grateful to have him. You will get an amazing realtor but also a wonderful friend.

Weichert Realtors, Medfield MA - Review…read more My best advice is: do not use this realtor. My direct experience with them was absolutely atrocious. Over the years I have bought and sold about ten properties. When I sell a property I do not use a selling real estate agent, but I am more than happy to pay the standard commission to a buying agent. Never in my experience have I dealt with an agency as incompetent at Weichert Realtors. The office in question is in Medfield, MA, and Chris Summers introduced himself to me and stated that he was the owner of that particular office. Weichert brought a potential buyer to my house and claimed the buyer was qualified. We signed a P&S under the strict understanding that the sale was not contingent on the buyer selling his current residence first. Weichert also set up the buyer with a mortgage broker from Wells Fargo and an attorney. So with a signed P&S, I was required to take my house off the market for about 2 months waiting for the closing. Approximately a week before the scheduled closing I contacted Weichert and they told me the mortgage had been approved, and we would be closing in a week. I then moved out all my furniture. A day or two later I got an email directly from the buyer saying the mortgage was not approved. I also got a copy of the letter from Wells Fargo which said they could not make the loan to the buyer unless his current house was sold first. Weichert totally misrepresented the facts about the financing to me. They made no effort to get a copy of the mortgage approval. If they had simply looked at the bank's letter they would have known it was not approved. And all of this took place after the mortgage contingency date in the P&S had expired. So by not doing their job, Weichert also put the buyer at risk of losing their $40,000 deposit. When I spoke with the owner of Weichert, he tried to blame everything on the mortgage broker and the attorney. Amazingly, the two people he had recommended to the buyer. Bottom line was Weichert failed to manage anything. The owner of the Weichert office also totally misrepresented to me what it would take to clear all the contingencies on the bank's letter. Subsequently, the buyer and I agreed to talk directly and not let Weichert get involved in any further discussions. The buyer asked me if I could recommend a new mortgage broker to him, which I did. The buyer also got rid of the attorney recommended by Weichert. After many meetings and a great amount of work and a fantastic effort by the new mortgage broker, the buyer and I were able to work out a new deal. Beware of this Weichert office.

We had plenty of questions not only during physical visits for potential property but also offline. She always very responsive. Liz is very easy to work with , very flexible and has extensive knowledge on the whole home buying process. As if that was not enough, she always follows up during all the stages of the home buying process to make sure we have all the necessary information that we need to proceed to the next step. If we were stuck or needed help she was there to guide us in the right direction. :) We are extremely lucky to have had Liz as our realtor!

I've lived in Bruce Hollow 2 for 14 years. Its a great place to live. We do not do our own yard…read morework! We have professional landscapers that mow, trim, and clear leaves. These condos have more of a house feel rather than a condo. Lots of light and they are spaceous too! They plow and collect the trash and they are always trying to upgrade without raising fees. This is a family and pet friendly neighborhood with great walking areas and playing areas for the kid. Close enough to shopping, mass pike and rte 9. Also close to good schools! I cant recommend these enough! The economy has forced prices down so now would be a great time to buy!

I came to veiw a condo for sale in this…read moredevelopement on a recent beautiful day, and stopped to talk to someone who I thought was a caretaker, raking a yard. They were actually the residents of the condo, who do their own yard work, to bring it to an acceptable curb-appeal standard. They pay nearly $300.00 monthly fee which is what I learned at the viewing, but they are doing their own work. Looking at the streets it's clear: broken street signs lying on sidewalks, large chunks of curb scattered, which appear to have been destroyed by winter plowing, and trash, shingles and roof materials here and there...I was told that the roof was done a couple of years ago but what I saw does not indicate "new roof." The owner said some of the units had severe leaks this winter. Makes one wonder about how their monthly fee dollars are being spent. That seems like a lot of money from each owner, for the place to look like it did, and for an apparent new roof to breach. Other develpments I've looked at were a lot more "clean." The condo I looked at was nice... I'd be interested if anyone is willing to give their personal experiences about living here...thanks.

If was for sale a realtor cannot contact the seller must go through the agent. Not to mention I have been on the National Do Not Call List from the Federal Trade Commission since 2011.Then says he is allowed to then tells me to "shut my fone"...Look at this exchange. Who would want a realtor that harasses you to get your property listing. His goal was to list it, Wrong approach buddy!
