I found The Attias Group through Homelight and have been very pleased with our recent home purchase with Paige and Zur. During the home scouting process, Paige was very responsive and prompt with her communication in setting up home tours which I greatly appreciated. As first time home buyers, my husband and I learned a lot about the home buying process; we had a very wide geographic range of where we were looking to purchase so this was a bit of a disadvantage to us as most realtors tend to specialize in certain areas but we ended up buying a home in a town that we really love! read more

Thanks to everyone at The Attias Group and especially to Zur Attias & Paige Somol with whom we started this journey of searching for our home. And, we did find the coolest one! We truly appreciate their patience, perseverance and professionalism throughout the process - and especially their willingness to answer our questions & educate us on various towns & real estate glossary. Paige's action orientation & prompt problem-solving coupled with Zur's knowledge of all things Modern-Contemporary (beyond!) makes them a team par excellence. If you want a team of advisors who'll go the extra mile, go get Zur & Paige! read more

When we decided to sell our Maynard home, we originally were going to list with "A Maynard Realtor". Someone that knew the community; the unique nature of this tiny town; understood what it took to sell a 100 year-old home in a working-class town. The local realtor that we reached out to took us for granted: she assumed we were going to do what our neighbors did and go with the safe choice. Just to get a competing proposal, I posted on an "I need a Realtor" website, and literally within minutes, the name ZUR showed up on my screen display. We recognized the name from the very high-end listings we would see when driving around the much more affluent surrounding towns. We questioned why someone that dealt in such expensive properties would want to bother with our small, humble home. But, why not let him come over and take a look; hear what he has to say.... Every since Zur walked in the door of our home of 26 years, you -- he and his entire team -- treated us with total dignity, respect and professionalism. Never were we meant to feel insignificant throughout the entire sales process. He guided us through unprecedented turbulent times and positioned us for success. He inherently understood that this was not only a financial asset, this was the HOME that we raised our children in. His passion and respect has been infused into Katie and Lisa who were consistently responsive and respectful in all our interactions. We couldn't be happier with who we chose to sell our home. read more

My husband and I recently purchased a home with Paige Somol as our realtor. From the first email we sent Paige to the day of our closing, our experience with The Attias Group generally, and Paige specifically, was nothing short of terrific. The professionalism, knowledge and genuine care that Paige demonstrated made our search and purchase totally seamless, even though we conducted our search remotely due to COVID/the fact that we were moving from out of state. So attentive was Paige to our needs and so quick was she to respond to our emails that it often felt like we were her only clients - though I'm sure that was far from the case. Her ability to make us feel like a priority, and to take the time to genuinely understand our needs and wishes, seems to come naturally. Combine this hands-on approach with her years of experience and we cannot imagine a better realtor to have chosen, particularly given we were first time home buyers with many questions. Her attention to detail is terrific, and we felt 100% confident in her assessment of properties she saw on our behalf, even when we couldn't see them in-person ourselves. We recommend Paige and The Attias Group with zero reservations. read more

Thank you! Zur, you and your team are incredible. I can't express enough how thankful I am for selling our house. Truly miraculous what you accomplished. And to Lisa and Paige who have been so helpful and professional, thank you all!! read more

My wife and I worked with Julian from the Attias Group. Julian was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are both professionals and Julian always made time to show us properties late at night, sometimes past 9pm. My wife and I changed our location, type of home, and budget on multiple occasions. Julian took everything in stride, and almost seemed to thrive on the challenge of finding us our next property. With Julian it was the small things that made the difference. I don't believe there was one time that I called that Julian did not pick up. He was always quick to respond, inform us on the changing marketplace, and give his honest opinion on certain properties. Julian did such a great job, that we also had him rent both units in our 2 family, and I referred him to a co-worker (whose house Julian listed and sold, above ask, in under a week). Moving forward, Julian will be the only agent I work with when buying, selling, and renting our properties. read more

My husband and I worked with Julian Lentini from the Attias Group as our buyers agent on the purchase of our first home in Concord, MA and we feel so fortunate that we had the opportunity to work with him. Buying a home can often be a daunting process and we wanted to ensure that our agent would provide us with the support that we needed while having our best interest at heart. Having had bad experiences with agents in the past, we were cautious with our selection. After our first interaction with Julian, we were impressed with his knowledge of the neighborhood and community as well as the home that we were interested in purchasing. With Julian, there was no "car salesman" vibe as he did not pressure us to sign a contract and was very transparent about the negative aspects of the houses that we showed interest in. We highly recommend Julian to anyone that is looking to sell/purchase a new home in the near future. In addition to being professional, highly communicative, punctual, and knowledgeable, he is overall a great person who genuinely loves what he does. Also, he has provided us with many great recommendations for contractors in the area that have come in very handy. We are very happy with our experience and our new home in Concord. read more

I can't say enough good things about the Attias team, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property. Paige and Zur helped my partner and I find the perfect house in Harvard, MA on a tight budget and an even tighter time frame. Paige repeatedly went out of her way to help us--meeting us after work, on weekends, and with little notice. She did a lot of research to make sure that the property we found met our current needs and could accommodate our future plans. Honestly, it was her research and fact finding missions that really sold me on her and the rest of the team. Paige leaves no stone unturned! Highly recommend. read more

My wife and I worked with Zur, Paige, and Julian in the Spring of 2017 when we ultimately purchased our first home in Acton. We cannot say enough good things about these three, individually and as a team. Plain and simple, Zur is great guy running a great business. He is a true expert in his market and has an excellent persona. He managed to make my wife and I feel like a priority during the process of purchasing our home in Acton and did a wonderful job coaching us through the process (being first time home buyers). Zur's ability to conduct very forward and honest discussions, skipping the BS, all while remaining extremely professional truly differentiates him and his team from the multitude of other agents out there. At the negotiation table, this guy is a hawk and will truly ensure you keep as much of your money in your pocket as possible on closing day. THIS is who you want representing you when buying a home! From our first interaction with Paige, we were thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism we received. We came into the home buying process a bit "all over the map" with respect to our desired budget, style of home, and community. Paige took the time to explain the many intricacies of the various markets in our search radius and what certain price points offered within said markets. Paige remained very supportive and consistently a pleasure to work with as we adjusted our budget and search location during our search. There were numerous instances where Paige had seemingly dropped everything for us, allowing us to see homes in a moments notice, get a "sneak" showing before an open house, or delivering an 11th hour offer on a home on a Sunday morning. This is not an agent that is focused on simply closing a deal as fast as possible ; rather she and the entire Attias Group team focused on making sure we ended up in the right home for the right price. Paige was truly a pleasure to work with and made what we would have expected to be an otherwise stressful process a smooth and enjoyable experience. Julian proved to be an instrumental contact once we had gone under agreement, as he was there for our inspection and final walk thru. On both occasions Julian ensured that any concerns were appropriately addressed and provided valuable insight as to severity and estimated repair costs for "action items" and "improvement suggestions" that came up on site. Even after the closing, Julian was able to help us by recommending various home service professionals, all of which have turned out to be great. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Zur, Paige, Julian and the entire Attias Group team to anyone in need of a real estate professional in the region! read more

The Attias Group was the answer to our "far-flung,crazy - get me out of CA now!" prayer. They help facilitate our speedy cross country move with grace, humor and above all professionalism. My husband and I were initially impressed by how much time Zur & Paige invested in our first zoom call. They were clearly interested in getting to know us and were great ambassadors for the town of Concord. After that first call, we were more convinced than ever that Concord would be our new home. Within a week, Paige had moved her schedule around to focus on our search. Not only did she show me several homes, she also took me to see all of the other amenities the town had to offer. Paige puts all of her clients first, and expertly would check in with other clients only when I was occupied and then return to me without missing a beat. Once our dream home was selected, Zur did a masterful job negotiating on our behalf. If you are looking for a team to really be in your corner throughout the home buying process - believe me, your search has ended - reach out to the Attias team, now! We have been in our new home for a few weeks and have the Attias team to thank for helping to make our dreams come true. read more

We sold a contemporary home on a pond in Concord, MA and are currently purchasing an historic home in Harvard, MA. Zur Attias and his team have seamlessly guided us through this process. I worked with Attias group when selling my home and found them to be very dishonest telling e that I had to sign or the offer would be lost ad that I had to accept a much lower price etc. etc. and come to find out the realtors were never even negotiating on my part but telling me that they were. I aklmost lost $15k because of their devious means! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THE Attias Group to anyone. read more

We worked with both Nicole and Zur from The Attias Group on the purchase of our first home and could not have asked for better realtors. They work with you to understand exactly what you are looking for and make sure you find something that you will love for a long time. We worked with Nicole first. She is very diligent and never pushed a property on us, she got to know exactly what we were looking for and was very patient with the many questions we had as first time home buyers, and we learned a great deal from her. Nicole was always so easy to reach, whether it was a phone call, text or email -- she replied back almost instantly. She is a great negotiator and really knows the market. Even after we closed on our house, she reached out to us with helpful suggestions on issues we had discussed with her a few months ago. We worked with Zur when we were interested in buying a house that Nicole was the selling agent for. Zur was wonderful to work with. There were a few things we were nervous about when we made our offer and after talking to Zur, he ensured us that we had nothing to be nervous about and that he is going to be there every step of the way to make sure we are 100% comfortable with everything. Zur is also a great negotiator, and we are very happy with the way he thoughtfully handled our negotiations. He is very professional and really takes the time to explain the process using a unique but enlightening perspective. Between Zur and Nicole, we learned a great deal about what factors to consider when buying a house which we truly appreciate. They both have an immense amount of wisdom and are eager to share this knowledge with you so you are fully prepared when you sign that dotted line. They clearly love what they do, which is helping people find a place to call home! We are happy first-time home buyers and would highly recommend Nicole and Zur to everyone! read more

My family and I have now used Zur Attias and his team at The Attias Group to complete two home purchases and two home sales in Acton and Concord. We kept coming back to Zur because he is the consummate real estate professional and knows how to find that sweet spot to bring buyers and sellers together and get to close. Zur knows the market, uses data and experience to drive pricing and marketing decisions, is a superior negotiator, and highly responsive. He surrounds himself with highly qualified professionals to ensure every aspect of the transaction is handled with quality and care. We have paid Zur and his team the ultimate compliment by referring him to numerous friends in the area. read more

Zur Attias and his team listed, marketed and sold my contemporary home for an excellent price. They are the only real estate company in the Concord-Carlisle area that creates a substantive marketing plan that drives results. Their knowledge of the market dynamics and how to use digitial tools to position and sell the property are exemplary. I recommend them without reservation to either sell your property or help you find the perfect property. read more

We are first -time home buyers. We initially found out that the house we had been renting for many years was being sold from Zur Attias, whose company was hired to manage the sale of the property. We expressed interest in potentially buying the house. Zur patiently explained many aspects of the home-buying process to us and recommended a lender. The lender was great and recommended Paige Somol from the Attias Group to us as the buyer's agent. We were trying to purchase a unique house without a lot of comps in the neighborhood, which could be challenging. However Paige used her expertise to negotiate a very fair price for us. Paige recommended a great attorney to handle the legal side of things. She even recommended an excellent sill repairman when the home inspection revealed that the dining room sill had some rot and she negotiated with the sellers to pay for a portion of the repair. From start to finish, the Attias Group helped make a daunting process go smoothly and we would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a house. read more

Zur is very, very good at what he does. He is also a generous and deeply kind human being. We trusted him utterly in a genuinely high stakes process that rightly gives one pause and doubt. And we trusted him about the biggest things--like the timing of the sale, the price of the property, the right choice with competing offers--but we also trusted him with the most ordinary, mundane and small things--like what to do with the lousy light fixtures. Or how to keep hope when the first weeks had us flagging. He stayed close when we needed him to, offered practical and material support. But he also had a lovely intuition about when to give us some room. Finally, Zur's marketing, his sense of how and to whom  to pitch the place, made all the difference in securing us multiple offers.  He really spent the time to get the feel and promise of our home, which was a beauty but with plenty of challenges to sale, and then with mad skills, good humor and steady determination found our buyers. He brought out the best in a process that can feel designed to bring out the worst in people. For that we are really forever grateful. Even or perhaps especially at the most stressful moments we were so grateful we chose Zur and the Attias Group. read more
