We got an offer accepted in April and closed in June. Rob was a very responsive and punctual agent. Rob's feedback to properties were very honest and as first time home buyer's we would have missed those aspect if he had not mentioned it. It was great having Rob to help answer our questions about the roof, the heater, water boiler, septic tank age and so much more. He would also provide comps of similar properties that sold recently in the area. Overall, we had a great experience with Robbie and would highly recommend him.

He was the best possible guide and advocate we could have hoped for, explaining each step of the process so we'd know what to expect and when, providing well-informed insight when we were preparing to make offers or negotiations, and folding helpful questions into conversations with seller's agents, home inspectors, builders, and HVAC professionals, that we wouldn't have thought to ask. On top of all this, Collin was invaluable when it came to helping us make connections with other professionals we needed. Home insurance agent on short notice? Done. Amazing interior designer? Boom. We put the house up for sale on a Tuesday, and we had a very good offer the next morning which we accepted.
