They dinged and marked the walls in numerous areas ( were not very careful taking the carpet in and out of the freshly painted house). Long story short; he measured my place and when I finally picked out the my ECO FRIENDLY gorgeous flooring, we made a date for installation. The date of installation, they arrived on time, Carlos and his assistant. They were both very polite, considerate and careful going about their business. I spoke with Carlos about concerns and specific things I wanted done and he assured me he would take care of it. I was so excited, I left for the day so they could get to work. When I returned home, I peaked in. I could not believe how much they had done already. It looked absolutely gorgeous better than I could've imagined. The next morning I left for work and left the door unlocked, sure enough they were driving in as I was driving out. By the time I got home from work that day, they were gone. I entered my place, the floors were done, the baseboards were on, they had picked up all their tools and trash, swept and vacuumed. Of course things got a bit dusty, but it was so worth it! I came home and I just couldn't stop looking at the floors. The two men, Carlos and (Liliton), don't know how to spell his name but they couldn't have been nicer. I would hire them again in a second to have another job done, no question. I felt strong about writing this review as they are a local business, did a great job and most importantly; it was reasonably. So nice when things go smoothly. I couldn't be happier with the job, the floors and the men who did the work. Oh and thanks Justin for the awesome job.

Beautiful, durable flooring to replace high priced but poorly manufactured carpet that had started to decay shortly after installation by one of the big box stores that subcontracted the work. I went in on a Thursday morning and needed the materials by Monday morning. Kevin assisted me and showed me all the product in what I was looking for (Toughlock Luxury Vinyl Planking). I picked 5 that I liked, and he checked to see which they would be able to get by Friday afternoon. Of the 5, 4 were available and gave me an estimate. I took home samples of those 4, chose one, and called Kevin with my choice. They ordered it, and it arrived on Friday afternoon. There were a few things I was unsure of, so he called my contractor to make sure we were getting the right materials. My contractor picked everything up on Monday morning, and it was perfect. Gavin, the new owner (and Leiah's husband and son of the previous owners), came out and explained everything and answered my questions after I selected carpet.
