I went in on a Thursday morning and needed the materials by Monday morning. Kevin assisted me and showed me all the product in what I was looking for (Toughlock Luxury Vinyl Planking). I picked 5 that I liked, and he checked to see which they would be able to get by Friday afternoon. Of the 5, 4 were available and gave me an estimate. I took home samples of those 4, chose one, and called Kevin with my choice. They ordered it, and it arrived on Friday afternoon. There were a few things I was unsure of, so he called my contractor to make sure we were getting the right materials. My contractor picked everything up on Monday morning, and it was perfect. I assume that if extra time was needed because I have a house full of furniture, it was included in the bid. Carlos and Eddie installed the carpet. They are consummate professionals and seasoned installers. They were here for 2+ days and did a precise and beautiful job. They were so kind to me and my cats!
