Have never had anything but a prompt and efficient service from the amazing hard working staff team who are there under very challenging circumstances but always conduct themselves in a professional manner with humour and great competence. Even in the height of the holiday season, they seem to not have more than 1/3 of the windows staffed. Over the years, I've never had less than a 15-20 minute wait for service here and it usually pushes upwards of 30 - 60 minutes.

The service received is not bad at all but it can get very busy with long queues and a lot of this is caused because not everyone understands how to post their item although if you read and follow along with the machine it's not hard at all. Their are times when the staff are around to help and other times where they are not in sight. That is the least of my problem, the problems stands with how the machine is set up to Rob you your money and this I have been a victim of twice. The machine is rather painfully slow to return you change and so you might forget your change or it short change you. It has short changed me recently I was supposed to get 55p returned instead I got 35p. One might say 'oh that's nothing' but is it really? It's still money and money that was wrongfully taken. I wholeheartedly believe they set the Machine up like this but I will make a formal complaint the next time I go because this is not right!
