The one thing that, ironically, Lonnie King did NOT have a literal hand in -- repairing an outdoor leak -- is now ... leaking. Hire this company at your own risk. ***************************************** Crys W. Atlanta, GA 060 Jun 2, 2023 Contacted this company for what I thought would be a simple sink faucet and garbage disposal install. The tech advised that some pipes under the sink needed to be replaced so I ok'd that as part of the work. Two months later, everything he installed is leaking; ruined the cabinet under the sink, so now I have to get that fixed also. Also, he seated the drain in my new sink with a pile of plumber's putty. The drain still does not sit correctly. Long and short, I have to pay someone else to correct what I paid him to "fix" and then pay the added expense of repairing my ruined cabinet under the sink. You've been warned.

When I reached out to schedule the service it went smoothly; however, when I asked about the information of the drywall installer this is when things took a turn. I was not responded to and had to follow-up multiple times. I then wrote the team to note it was frustrating to have to follow-up so much on a crucial part of the work. For some reason using the word "frustrating" apparently was not seen as polite and I was labeled rude. I tried to explain my view point but was prompted to cancel my appointment. I really wouldn't recommend using this business because it's quite unprofessional the response I received, and I also find it alarming that a customer can't voice a viewpoint. I think businesses should be open to feedback and work with clients to reach a solution or at least acknowledge the viewpoint especially if it is factual. My main concern with this business is I can't imagine needing to solution with them if something goes wrong on the job site. The team feels inflexible, insensitive, and unprofessional. There are a million and one service agents in Atlanta, I'd keep searching and not utilize this team. Customers deserve to have a professional communication dialogue.
