He didn't try to break my pockets. He arrived at my house at 8 am prompt and didn't leave until he was finished which around 5 pm he moved my hot water heater to my garage and although he ran into major issues from the previous builder which was Gray Hawk Homes which they was trash they just threw the homes up any kind of way the water lines all crossed up, but the gentleman fixed it and did an outstanding job I am very very happy. Going behind someone else work can be horrible . But I am very please at his work , if want some one with patience and honest this company is for you. Trust me you won't regret it. And electrical many other things. thank you

We tried the normal RID-X and probably another brand to no avail. called a local handy man who said his prices were cheap (don't do this) prices probably are cheap but he couldn't and didn't fix the job promised to come back and never did. I looked on yelp, read a few reviews came up with Scott Sears, I asked him for a quote he gave me a price and came out same day. Due to my error in description we had to reschedule for the next day. I need to add when I requested a quote from Scott, by default Yelp sent me quotes from 3 or 4 other plumbers. Some who gave me quotes that looked like todays date $6/22/2019, some were all over the place. What I liked about Scott was he was sure of his self/job and could quote a realistic price. I know gas and time cost money and people will have you running all around town to look, but most people want these issues resolved immediately. He didn't B.S us with the whole "it will be $600 to come out and take a look and another $1000 to fix it. He said "for XYZ, I charge this." I like that and was able to know that when he arrived I had his money Scott, was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous plumbing experience in the past when a plumber showed up to my house (which I was renting) after pricing up what he thought I could afford he judged me, and set a price based on what money he thought I had and as a female thought I would go for the ridiculous price. I don't doubt that plumbing is a hard job, and that plumbers should be paid well for their worth. Scott was able to make a connection with what I could afford and he could accept for his time, experience and equipment. Scott, told me up front that the price would be more because of the difference in the job (clogged toilet v/s clogged pipes). Despite the increase, Scotts prices were still more reasonable (affordable) than, friends, family and acquaintances quotes. Scott came Saturday afternoon and he brought out all the guns (camera) to get the job done. After reviewing my plumbing issues he determined that there was no blockage anymore and probably all the other stuff cleared it. He reinstalled our toilet with seal, gave us some TP (toilet paper) knowledge and charged us a lower fee than was quoted the second time, and kept it moving. Scott was knowledgeable, efficient, affordable, dependable and thorough. I would definitely call him if I have an issue with plumbing in the future.

Furthermore, I am so pleased with how my call was quickly handled by the young lady who dispatched my case. She seemed genuinely concerned about my issue and got back to me within minutes to inform me that Robert was on the way. While I did reach out to two other emergency plumbing companies before finding Atlantis. Atlantis Plumbing was the only company that took my situation as serious as I did and made sure to dispatch out someone to me in a hurry. Again, I can't say thank you all enough!

With water spraying into the closet, we quickly called around looking for a 24-hour plumber with decent ratings. Several of the more recognizable names in the area were not 24-hour, but Atlantis dispatched Tony S. with a 40-minute arrival time. Tony arrived, quickly assessed the situation and got the water shut off. Then, he went to work to replace the section of pipe. Suspecting a pressure problem, he ran those checks as well, ultimately finding the burst section of pipe was old and had weak or damage spots and the pressure was fine. He did point out some changes we might consider (previous owner had self-installed this water heater), but there was no high-pressure or dire warnings just to secure more work. Now, it was an emergency fix in the middle of the night, so I won't say it was cheap, but not sure what plumbing service is these days - we recently had other plumbing work done by another company & our jaw dropped at that bill. Tony was fast, friendly and got us back in business. We may have a new go-to plumber.
