I prefer to make an appointment ahead of time rather than using the quick lube drop in. Liza has been our go to service advisor for years. She is a true professional and a nice as can be! The walk around video that the technician send to my phone explaining the safety inspection is a very nice touch. Gengras added a car wash so it is nice to get a clean car back. The waiting room and show room were just redone and are nice and clean. Great dealership. We are looking forward to buying a new car next spring from them.

Based off of their mistake- Oil got everywhere in the front of my car/ on the engine and they still made me pay for it after. It's actually comical they offered a free oil change for the next time, I will never be coming back?? You let me drive away with my "car in perfect condition" the first time and actually made me breathe in burning oil fumes for a day. You've lost my trust and ruined my car the way it was! Who's to say this won't cause more issues down the line. Don't EVER go to this place, if they can't do a simple oil change I can't imagine what else they are messing up. I'll take my business to a farther Subaru. I wish I never went here, it would've saved me a week of annoyance.

After having months worth of issues with a warranty option I purchased through the dealership for…read moremy Cadillac, my frustration got the best of me. The warranty covers as follows: Tire damage due to road hazards FOB replacement no questions asked (highly doubtful, but cannot confirm nor deny because I never used this option) Dent repair on door dings, shopping cart collisions, etc.. As long as the paint wasn't chipped, or the sheet metal wasn't creased. Return to present: I have been waiting for over six weeks for 3 dings the size of dimes to be repaired by a representative from the warranty company. Over sixteen text messages a week for the last six weeks stating a repair technician would be calling me within 24 hours later, no repairs were made. During my last call to company, I was told a dent tech would come to my place of employment and fix it right there. I received a text stating to call a number. I called the number and a gentleman answered the phone. When I stated why I was calling, he proceeded to tell me "I was out of my mind if I thought he would drive to me for $80.00 and refused to do it. Now on to dealership: I walked in angry at the world.!! I went into the managers cubicle and proceeded to give him an earful because his company originally sold me the contract. After a few choice words by me, the manager implemented the follow solutions: Took care of all dings in my car at their expense. Cancelled the warranty contract for me and said I would be receiving a reimbursement check in the mail. Washed and waxed my vehicle Washed the entire interior Shook my hand and apologized for the inconvenience (don't know if I would have shook my hand after my temper tantrum) This is how customers should be treated, especially when purchasing a product such as a vehicle. No questions asked, no run around, no attitude. Thank you Northwest Hills for being a stand up company. I have recommended this dealership to everyone who asks about purchasing a new or used vehicle, and I will continue to do so with the utmost confidence. This is the way to do business. Thanks again.

The option they gave me was that they would return my money back at a prorated amount. They never contacted me back. I asked for a bumper to bumper plan. They claimed to have replaced a ground cable. The trucks has a code for an exhaust regen issue and def. I had a mechanic look at every ground cable on the truck and none were replaced. Only sprayed with WD-40 . I was told that there master mechanic has quit and they are unable to fix it. I spent 4,200 on the warranty. The truck is un drive able . I will write another review after everything is solved. Very unhappy.

"Do you remember Hullabaloo, Upbeat, Shindig and Ed Sullivan…read moretoo?. Do You Remember Rock 'N' Roll radio?" (The Ramones) Quick question: which circle of misery do you dread most--doing your taxes, shoveling that cement grade driveway snow, or buying a car? Good news: I'm officially crossing one torment off the list, because our trip to Sullivan Honda was shockingly fantastic. Dave Paolino was just sensational. He was personable and not pushy or aggressive. We got a fair deal on a wonderful new 2026 CRV and a good value on our trade-in. Sullivan was the third dealer we visited, and the difference in how we were treated was noticeable. One dealer, after we spent fifteen minutes at his desk going over everything, didn't even ask for our names and contact information after we got up to leave. In another dealership, one salesman handed us off to a rookie after a few minutes who probably knew less about the makes and models than I did. We had a positive experience at Sullivan starting with the minute we walked in. After Dave introduced himself, he walked us around the showroom and the lot, answered our questions, explained the new features and technology that are light years beyond what we had in our ten-year-old model, and sent us off on a solo unaccompanied test drive. He looked at our existing car and soon wrote us out a clear to read written proposal with trade-in allowance for a new one. We wrapped things up a few days later and now have that brand new CRV. I must admit that navigating that Infotainment screen is a bit challenging and I need to get better at using the maps, apps, music, etc. I also want to give a shoutout to Sam the Android Tech and John in Finance who helped us along the way.
