Matthew was very knowledgeable and experienced with my car and the type of work being done. When the work was finished, he provided a detailed record stating all the work that had been completed, along with the invoice. Parts and labor are also under warranty (much better than the dealer's warranty). My car hasn't driven this well in a long time...it feels like a new vehicle! No more car dealer. She's never missed a day because of Danny's management and Todd's expertise. I've bought more than one vehicle from Prime Sales and as long as they have something in stock when I'm looking this is where I'll go. They are not greedy. They care about their customers and treat us all fairly. Hey, I was just disappointed that at the beginning of the lockdown, I needed a truck and they didn't have one. The cost was reasonable and they serviced it while I waited. They did find wiring that was chewed by rodents that was not expected but had the proper parts on hand to repair and did not charge me extra labor to resolve. They seemed well organized and keep the front of the shop better than most places. I would be comfortable to bring work to them again in the future

Could this possibly come out using PDR? (Paintless Dent Removal). I initially called a place that just does PDR but it was a little too far from my house and they were a little frustrating to schedule an appointment with. On a whim I called Affordable and they told me to come right down. Jaime gave me an estimate and told me to bring it back the next day. 24 hours later BOOM. That unsightly dent it gone.
