Completely unprofessional I think ego is what's going to kill their business and if they're so much experience amongst all of them perhaps they should add that experience to serving better customer care! They really do things right here. Their bilingual speech pathologist Laura is amazing with our…read more1.5-year-old son Benjamin. But more importantly, she gives me amazing tips and homework to go home and try each time. For that alone it's worth it. Not to mention she is extremely patient with my Spanish-speaking nanny Paty. I love that we can go into every session together (many places require you to wait outside, and quite honestly, at this young toddler age, I'm not sure how helpful it is for them alone). Their front desk staff is friendly and (mostly) on top of things. We've just started, but already way more impressed than I was with Words of Wisdom in West U.

Sometimes these were vacations and other times they were last minute. It was impossible to get consistent treatment, which is extremely important for an eight year old child. After complaining about the repeated absences and issues, the therapist suggested we seek treatment elsewhere because we did not have trust in her. The other therapists did not have any openings, so we got on the waiting list. Of course, we never heard back and it was clear that the company had no interest in continuing to help my son. It was unbelievable to me that when I complained about missing 7 sessions in 4 months, their solution was to send my son away. Very sad.

I am thrilled with the help and support I've received there from Chris B. I noticed improvement after just the first visit and it has continued with each subsequent visit. He asks questions each visit to be sure he understands my current condition and how things did after the last session, watches carefully to make sure my technique is correct, and pushes me to do more while always being cautious to not increase inflammation. I wish I had pursued physical therapy months ago! So far I've not had any problems with billing or the front desk staff as some other reviewers have reported, so perhaps they've changed out those personnel. The front desk staff have been efficient and courteous. I recommend this facility.

He was a very good guy and I enjoyed working with him. His supervisor was not very warm or friendly. I'm glad my interactions with him were minimal. The front office staff were friendly enough. However after my treatment ended, I was sent a bill saying I had missed three payments. Since I paid after each and every visit and had evidence to support that, I knew that was total nonsense. I received a lot of resistance from them and I got messages threatening collection agencies and possible legal action for less than $100.00. I finally just ignored them and they went away. I say, "Stay away from Action PT." By the way, this was my second and final such experience with them over a similar issue.

I find their front desk staff to be very kind and helpful, Most recently there appears to be new hires, but they are very professional and cautious; I find it sad that they are referred to as disorganized as I have only experienced first class service from everyone! there is extensive seniority among the staff and they are always friendly as well. I would highly recommend Bellaire Physical therapy to anyone who wants to recover from any surgery, especially knee, neck and back pain, balance issues, etc. I have been a patient of M D Anderson for almost 15 years and they come recommended by MD Anderson. I was sent back to Physical therapy after experiencing a bad fall with multiple injuries, and I am relieved they are there to help me. Thank you Dr. Lieberman for all that you and your staff do to get us all well. We are all so Blessed to have each and everyone of you;Shout out to Kelsey and Tim!! Anna Shaheen
