As a Military Veteran and former athlete I know the importance of flexibility and how it prevents a lot of injuries and issues we suffer from day to day. I had an appointment with Saadia today and she did an amazing job! Not only did she stretch me very good, but she did an amazing job utilizing her body to get my body to move around the way she needed it to. (and I'm a big guy by the way) What impressed me the most was that I told her the areas that gave me issues and when she started to massage and stretch the areas she hit the exact problem spots without me even telling her where they were. It was really cool how just by her feeling around she knew exactly where the problem areas were. Overall the entire process felt great, i felt fluidity again in all my areas, and I will most definitely make it apart of my schedule to come in again as often as I can. Their focused approach to massage and physical therapy, along with their attentive listening was a welcomed relief....after having been seen (and not heard) by at least 3 other physicians and specialists. After 4 visits, I've had great relief, and a follow-up treatment plan that I can manage. I've already told them that I plan to return if/when I ever have any aches/pains that cannot be resolved with medication or by general physicians. They have a great team!

They also have other assistants helping out during the exercises and all of them are very kind. I left my first (and last) appointment halfway through, sobbing, and I'm disappointed in myself for…read moreputting up with them for that long. I should have stood up for myself and told them not to bark at me, cut me off or talk to me like a dog during the consultation and left then, but I didn't. I went in to the "therapy room" where I was basically ignored along with an elderly woman who was also there fending for herself while the guys listened to cock rock, sitting on their butts. When I mentioned I was having trouble keeping track of the time/counting during the exercises (do to a serious neurological condition mentioned on my chart and brought up by me) they weren't much help and dismissed me. I was made to feel bad about it, like I was inconveniencing them, so I felt embarrassed and ashamed, got really emotional and didn't feel the need to proceed. As I was crying and gathering my things, nobody felt the need to apologize, pull me aside in private to resolve things, or even to ask if i was ok, but instead were so worried about booking my next appointment so they can rake in that sweet insurance money for ignoring/ berating me for another 14 sessions. I had PT at another place a few years ago for a different injury and it was a really fun, interactive and interesting experience that helped immensely, so I was looking forward to this. Unfortunately these people are crooks taking advantage of people who don't know any better and milking the system. I don't think these men have a very high opinion of women either, a conclusion I came to after the guy in charge dismissed my serious neurological condition I mentioned and painful hip injury that I was there for as "fibromyalgia". That was after he pointed out how out of shape I was (I've been off my feet due to injury for a month). Totally infuriating, unprofessional and sickening. I'm obviously still so angry and upset I can hardly articulate all of this. Just avoid this place if you can, and if you have to go, don't let them bully or demean you. One last thing: the equipment is old, dirty and broken. I never saw them clean a thing. The music is terrible and the place is a depressing place to have to slum it for PT.
