We were directed to an associate to help us. She asked if I wanted a resize or if I wanted to add material instead. She let me try her ring on with the added material but I didn't like the feeling of it so I said I wanted a resize still. They brought us down to the jeweler who looked at my hand and knee exactly what size I'd be and took the sizing gage/ring out and confirmed. Took him about 20 min to resize the ring and it was perfect. Resized it from 6.25 to 5.75. No visible seam from the resize. Looks flawless. Would go back here for other jewelry needs.

It was going to be an expensive repair, which I had not anticipated. He made a suggestion to take all the diamonds out and scrap the rest of the necklace, which has significant gold weight, so I did just that! I picked out a diamond eternity band that I've had my eye at Argyle for about two years and with the high price of gold, I got the new ring in trade plus cash too! I went back again today, after he took out all the diamonds, and he spent nearly an hour with me to make 2 perfectly matching stacking diamond eternity bands to go on either side of the ring that I purchased the day before. And even though he has a very active business to run, we sat and chatted for several more minutes about our daughters and similar circumstances. A very pleasant experience. I can't wait to get my new rings!

His booth is inside a building with multiple businesses and his is on the left side about halfway in. It was a Saturday so it was busy. He was so friendly, personable and honest.
