Our daughter is a athlete with Olympic aspirations. Our first meeting with Francois was very business like and direct. I was impressed with his background and his focus on providing a no nonsense training program for our daughter. Over the many months those feelings have been strongly reinforced. The results have been amazing! She has had a significant decrease in body fat with a notable increase in muscle mass and strength. Not only is she becoming stronger but she is becoming leaner and a much better athlete. I simply couldn't have asked for anymore. If what you want in a athletic trainer is pretender who is filled with anecdotal information ripped from some body building forum off the internet and someone who lacks any significant educational background and client track record then I suggest you look elsewhere. Also respect the equipment. Don't start breaking machines just because you don't know how to use it. This is directed towards the dolt that broke the body scanner. Also the trainers I have to say are wizards. Glen just analyzed my basic movements/posture for free and suggested ways I can get the most out of my routine with basic exercises that strengthen my weaker muscles.. Saying he "can't just take drop ins on a whim". And the only way he'd let my boyfriend do his Open WOD there is if we joined the box. What?? What's the point of having CrossFit drop ins then? Most all drop ins are on a whim. What if it was Matt Fraser dropping in for the Open? Would he refuse him to or try to make him join? Along with that, his whole tone was very rude. "So are you going to join the box or what?" were his exact words. That was terrible business. Before that we were considering joining this Box but after the way we were treated there, it is a big NO. I'm absolutely hooked on the infrared saunas and book a session whenever I can. Pro tip: if you prefer privacy, choose Sauna 1, as Sauna 2 is located just outside the locker room area.
