Joe and Brian…read morestarted by coming by the house, walking the area, and asking a bunch of questions to figure out exactly what we wanted. They made suggestions, including continuing the driveway under our fence so we'd have a smooth transition from the backyard to the front, and trenching to send gutter water to the street before they'd lay the concrete. They communicated effectively and we settled on a plan. They started work the next day by leveling all the land. They then laid the rebar and got the barriers up to hold the concrete in place, and poured the following day. A week later, we were driving on the new driveway. The patio took an extra day due to rain, but turned out great. As for the price, they beat all other quotes we got for the job. Overall, I'd highly recommend any concrete job. After finishing our job, they replaced a retaining wall in our neighborhood that looks incredible.

Even before construction began, their back office called just to welcome us to the family and ensure we had everything we needed. What really made the experience for us was how the project managers Adaya and Roni were both incredibly warm, personable, and genuinely great people to work with. When Adaya (who sold us the job) had to go out of town, the transition to Roni was completely seamless while Adaya still stayed in the loop remotely. It proved how stellar the whole team really is. The crew finished the work in just a few quick days and was so helpful. They were also deeply respectful regarding noise and clean-up, which we really appreciated with a newborn at home. We'll absolutely use them again!

A plainly sexist implication. I don't know what kind of customer Designs 4 You is used to dealing with, but I would never agree to purchase something as large as a $230,000 addition based on a quick iPad sales pitch. These decisions are made carefully with one's family, not something to be pressured into. In the future, listen to your potential customers' price concerns, hear their needs (yes, price-per-square-foot is indeed important), and do not comment on their marriage.

I hired this company so that I would not have that headache. David was completely absent on this project. Throughout the project, I always had the impression that my garage job was not important to this company. Guy did a wonderful job explaining everything to me, especially since I don't have any experience with remodeling or all the details that go into fixing a bath tub to walk in shower--He was always patient and made sure I understood what was happening. They were responsible, easy to work with, and even helped pick up and drop off materials, which we really appreciated. Thanks for all the hard work Guy, Saul, Daniel and other staffs from the company--we're so happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them to my close friends and family.

Not only is the quality of work that he and his crew--led by the amazing Jose--quite astonishing, but he is a caring guy who has gone so far above and beyond our expectations, that five stars is really insufficient. Mid-way in the process, my wife noticed two issues. The first was that if you came up from downstairs you could see the raw plywood, unfinished underside of the island's overhang. But worse, our cabinet guy neglected to tell Pat and his guys that our fridge was supposed to be framed with the cabinet above it extended out to be flush with the front. When we pointed this out to Pat, not only did we get no push-back from him, but he had them re-order the fridge side panels at no cost to us, then re-used the existing panels redo the island's top so that the underside of the overhang had the same finish as the rest of the cabinets, and then surprised us by using the rest of the material to build a cross-beam for our island lights, one that looks so sharp and clean that you'd think it had been designed that way. Frankly, I don't know if I do anything as well as they do their work, and if we ever have any kind of construction work in the future, Pat darn well better be available as I can't imagine using anyone else.
