My hygienist Beth is the best and the main reason why I keep coming back here. She's thorough yet gentle and I just love the great clean feeling in my mouth after my semi-annual cleaning with her. Dr. Maurer is super quiet and doesn't engage much but not in a rude way, it's just the way he is I guess. Though booking an appointment six months ahead is fairly easy, calling to book an earlier appt or last minute is very tough. I wish they were open on a weekend day and had extended hours. These people only treat you with respect and dignity if there aren't any financial issues and/or you don't owe them any money. They used to have top quality wonderful office staff who genuinely cared about each individual. Now that concept is so far removed from what this place has become and the kind of people/ office staff they have working in various locations now, it's nothing more than a distant memory. Bottom line, you're ultimately nothing more than a walking dollar sign and the more money you have the nicer they become and treat you with the utmost respect. Doctor Lieberman, the wonderful hygienist (whose name I desperately need to remember), and Gretchen at the front desk were all nothing short of amazing. I've never experience any sort of medical or health practice where every single person instantly makes you confident you've found the right place.
