My hygienist Beth is the best and the main reason why I keep coming back here. She's thorough yet gentle and I just love the great clean feeling in my mouth after my semi-annual cleaning with her. Dr. Maurer is super quiet and doesn't engage much but not in a rude way, it's just the way he is I guess. Though booking an appointment six months ahead is fairly easy, calling to book an earlier appt or last minute is very tough. I wish they were open on a weekend day and had extended hours. They (the…read moredentists) are nothing less than amazing, however you have to go through the office staff with ultimate decisions, approvals, or denials made by the owner before you see the dentist. These people only treat you with respect and dignity if there aren't any financial issues and/or you don't owe them any money. God forbid a person should fall on hard times, or there's an insurance issue, then this establishment starts showing who they REALLY are, really fast. And what they are, are a pack of amoral, apathetic, inhumane, reprehensible, insensitive people who ultimately don't and won't care about your dental health problems regardless of how severe it is! Especially this location. They will tell you, you will not be seen regardless of how much pain you're in or the severity of an infection, and when you double check to confirm that was in fact what was actually said the secretary and office manager will gleefully say and I quote "yes!" This franchise especially the owner has made a disturbing 180 from what they stood for years ago, which was always putting the clients and their health first. They used to have top quality wonderful office staff who genuinely cared about each individual. Now that concept is so far removed from what this place has become and the kind of people/ office staff they have working in various locations now, it's nothing more than a distant memory. Bottom line, you're ultimately nothing more than a walking dollar sign and the more money you have the nicer they become and treat you with the utmost respect. Start owing them despite whatever the situation may be, the office staff especially the owner has absolutely nothing to say or do with you. You're LITERALLY not worth it.

I saved their info, found their glowing reviews and called to schedule an appointment. They actually had a cancelation and were able to take me the very next day! Doctor Lieberman, the wonderful hygienist (whose name I desperately need to remember), and Gretchen at the front desk were all nothing short of amazing. I've never experience any sort of medical or health practice where every single person instantly makes you confident you've found the right place. The hygienist was incredibly gentle yet thoroughly precise. She let me Both her and Dr Lieberman examined my x-rays with a fine tooth comb and I left there with my smile feeling like a million bucks.
