That familiarity has always impressed me regarding this franchise. The staff was present and around in various places, however they seemed preoccupied. Fortunately we knew exactly what we were looking for to purchase and where it was. Once at the checkout, with no one else in line, the cashier was preoccupied with something on the display for perhaps 30-45 seconds. No big deal, but superior service would look like an acknowledgement of our presence and something like, "I'll be with you in just a moment." I confess this is being picky on my part; the service was not bad, but this was the difference between a 4 and 5 star rating. On the plus side, the facility was very clean and fully stocked.

In the world of contracting, there are 3 parameters that the contract will meet; Cost, Time and Quality. However, you can only have 2 of the 3 parameters in the contract. You can get cheap and fast...but it won't be good. You can get good and fast...but it won't be cheap. I elected for good and cheap...which meant it wasn't going to be fast. I could have opted for fast and cheap but then it wasn't going to be good. Premier fulfilled the promises and did a very professional job. It took a little longer than I anticipated but it was worth the time. The attention to detail and professional craftsmanship was evident throughout the process. The only hiccup was in the Design phase where I was not fully informed of what will be missing and what will be added. I went from a kitchen that contained 12 drawers and 1 microwave to one that now has only 5 drawers but 2 microwaves. This became evident AFTER the cabinets were installed. I need to mention that the Office manager (Mackenzie ) and Owner (Richard) went beyond the norm to insure my satisfaction and rectify the error. I highly recommend Premier Kitchen and Bath for your remodeling work but do advise you to read and approve the Design before you sign.

From the very start, my sales rep, Lee, was absolutely wonderful to work with, guiding me in my purchase and helping me all along the way during my selection process and advising me on getting the space ready for the delivery. The removal of the old refrigerator plus the delivery and installation went great. Michael, Chris -- all the guys -- were wonderful, but RON, the amazing Ron, went above and beyond in the installation process and took extra steps on his own that ended up saving me money or an extra call to a plumber. It's always nice when someone saves me time and money! Everyone was so professional and pleasant, plus -- and this is something that makes certain service industry people stand out from the crowd -- they arrived ON TIME. I am thrilled. Lee and Ron also helped me with my JennAir downdraft cooktop last fall. Expert advice, professionalism, promptness -- you cannot ask for more. I love these people! I will certainly return to Kitchen and Bath for my future appliance needs.

If you…read morelive in a home from this era, you know how challenging the original storage and layouts can be. This redesign completely solved those issues. The Highlights: To-the-Ceiling Cabinets: This was the ultimate space-saver. Taking the cabinets all the way up maximized our vertical storage and eliminated that awkward, dust-collecting gap. It makes the entire kitchen feel taller and more spacious. Matching Quartz Countertops & Backsplash: Carrying the quartz up from the counters onto the backsplash created a seamless, high-end look. It reflects light beautifully and is incredibly easy to clean with no grout lines to scrub. The functionality and modern style completely update our townhome. We couldn't be happier with the results!
