Don't expect quality product, installation or customer service. Disgraceful…read more They weren't the solid wood cabinets I wanted and paid for. HE didn't think the ones I wanted were "fancy enough". I didn't want fancy. He cut corners on some of the construction and installation - cut boards under sink too short. He promised to do everything he could to make it right. Instead he talked down to me, as if he was talking to a fool. I'm not. He said if you take a door outside lay it on the ground and gets rained on enough, it'll fall apart. Duh? Everybody knows that. He continued saying that if my handicapped daughter's cabinets got wet over a period of time, they'd fall apart. My 60yr old solid wood cabinets get cleaned often. They aren't falling apart. He installed a cabinet over the dryer that was too big. He knew it. Doors couldn't be installed until it was corrected. He installed FIRST, then came next door to get me to see it. He knew it was wrong. He then told me that he could fix it. That caused damage to my ceiling. Professional? Dishonest "Christian" man. Do better.

I called and he was like "yeah, we're busy, standard Monday morning stuff, can we come at 10?" No, you made an appointment with me to bid on a job, didn't show up or call. Doesn't bode well for work ethic or project management. If you can't manage your calendar and keep in contact with customers at this stage, there is zero trust that you would do so for an actual project. Shameful. Edit: am attaching photos of the series of text messages the owner sent me 10 minutes after I posted this review. Completely unprofessional.

Be careful. Unlicensed and uninsured. It was all good until it wasn't !!! We hired Asa Michael…read more"Mike" Warf of MRC Construction for a majority home gut and renovation. As the project progressed, so did changes and modifications. He seemed eager and more than willing to accept the changes. Time went on, money flowed but the work diminished drastically. He didn't 100% complete any singular task. The most recent draw accompanied zero additional work completed. He received that draw and ended up on a vacation that "went a little over," so he couldn't show up until the following week. We voiced concerns numerous times which he would defend with threatening language and responses. After realizing that he was not going to meet the timeline with the diminishing days on site, we had a meeting where he walked off the project.
