After we got in touch with him, he came out and gave us a free estimate. We told him what we wanted and then he gave us his ideas. Once the ideas were solidified, he got right to work. It gets really hot during the summer months in our area. Chu built a roof extension from the house and added two hanging fans and lights. Now, we don't have to worry about burning our feet on the cement or being hit by the intense sun rays. The roof provides a lot of shade and even helps the inside of the house stay cool.
