Our dishwasher repair was lengthy but mainly due to Bosch dragging their feet on an expensive warranty part. In the future I will seek Battens opinion in addition to Consumer Reports for appliances. He called the following Wednesday and told me the part was in and he could install it on Friday. He no called, no showed me, and would not respond to my texts or phone calls. Yes, the same install team you already paid for with item purchase. I digress.
